Worst SERVICE [email protected] POPEYES - chicken in Garland/ TX on Beltline / N. Shiloh Rd. Apparently the drive Thru [email protected]:45 at this location not 10 PM like the sign on the window say ...I had to pull up to the window and knock on the window for help. The lady came to the window, opened it up and looked at me like I was interrupting her dinner... apparently I was because in her other greasy hand was the chicken she was eating. I was like, WHAT THA...?What you want! Was how she greeted me. I asked, "are you all open?"She was annoyed with me question, I guess because it was 9pm and they had a whole hour left to be frying chicken.Anyways, she continued being rude, charged me$18 for 2-2 PC. Meals. The drinks tasted like water with Sprite in it and my SPICY 2PC White was overcooked 2 PC chicken trimmings. That employee was out of line, rude, she took my money and she's lazy.POPEYES YOUR PRODUCT IS GOOD. YOU SHOULD BE MORE SELECTIVE OF WHO YOU LET WORK AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. NO CAP. I GIVE THIS EXPERIENCE A ??

Where do I even begin with this place? Line can take up to an hour to get through, Their never open inside, You have to wait even more time for them to respond when you finally get to the speaker, They are never open until their specified time and often just close out of nowhere so you end up wasting gas and time. Today was my worst experience the lady at the drive through barely spoke English and I had to repeat my order 3 times. I checked my receipt and the order was wrong. Then I checked the bag and the order wasn’t mine or the one on the receipt. Not only did they give me the wrong order but whoever got my order didn’t even get what I ordered. Line was already wrapping around the building again so if I wanted my order corrected I would need to wait an hour just to tell them. I want my money back. But after checking the reviews I see they don’t even bother responding to their mistakes. This place needs new management. Seriously

Tonight I ordered a 10pcs Signature Chicken Meal, 10pcs of chicken, 2 large sides, and 5 biscuits. I ordered via the mobile app as most people do these days. When I arrived to pick up my ordered 2 ladies were behind the counter and I stood there a few minutes until one greeted up. She said someone would be with me shortly. Finally someone came to get my order. He printed off a receipt and told me that the sides I ordered were not available. I asked if they had something else, no just fries. The 2 ladies who were standing there when I walked in came back, I asked if they were managers, yes. I asked about this situation with no sides available. I asked to be compensated somehow, nothing. They were rude. I was told the sides would be in on Wednesday, what good does that do me now. I left no very happy. The food when I got home was not very good either. Chicken was not like it has been in the past, fries, well I didn't want them, and the biscuits were hard. We typically have very good service and food here. I don't know what has happened, so I probably will not be back.

Ordered online. Got charged about $30 for food and find out after I arrived there they didn't have any of the sides we ordered. They refused to give me a refund so now we're out 30 bucks and have no food. Unbelievable this store commits such theft so brazenly. BUYER BEWARE! I had actually hoped this bad review would make some difference but from the looks of it I think it would be hard to drop their rating below the 2.8 they already have. They just don't care!

I want to start off that this is the worst ever Popeyes in our neighborhood. First of all the manager (Maria) is so rude with the customes. I always have had a bad experience there. I always have to check my orders before I leave the drive thu because they always seem to forget something from my order and you can't go into the restaurant lobby because it always closed. So, if they forget something and you don't check your order and your missing items. If have to go back thru the drive thru and the line is so long. I give them the benefit of doubt everytime because my kids like the place but I do NOT. When I was there last week they didn't have white meat only dark meat (thighs and legs) and not that many sides to choose from but mashed potatoes or mac n cheese. So, we ordered anyway and requested extra biscuits. Were at the drive thru window we get our order I check it so the chicken it burnt. I'm like WTH and we didn't get our extra biscuits. So, I ask the youngster at the window I didn't get my biscuits by then the manager came to window saying what's going on. I just asked for my biscuits, then she says we ran out. Ok but you weren't going to tell me and let me leave without the biscuits and not refund me my money. She said (oh did you want your back). Why would you ask that of course you didn't have the extra biscuits so why would I pay for them. Then said she couldn't refund me because they didn't do debit or credit charge refunds ok then give me cash. Well she said they have to wait for another transaction to open the register. I'm not getting out of line and wait again. She then left the window and came back with cash. So, she was mad and very rude. But this manager has been there ever since I could remember. When the lobby was open before at times you could hear and see her arguing with the customers. Being in the neighborhood and going there for over 2 years I never complained on the restaurant until now. I don't like giving bad reviews unless necessary everyone needs there job to make ends meet. But the restaurant needs attention by the Corporate office. Regardless if it is a franchise location. Regards

The restaurant has so much potential but the people working there DO NOT CARE about the restaurant. The opening and closing times are inaccurate (either that or the workers do what they want). Management has given up otherwise these ongoing problems would have been fixed MONTHS ago.

I am very disappointed. I went there last week through drive thru. I asked if I could get freshly dropped a chicken sandwich. They told me they just came up. I also purchased a 2 can dine. Asked for everything fresh. Got home 2 minutes away food was old at 2:00 pm. I tried calling but there’s something wrong with the phone. They only have drive through open far as I see. I have tried calling several times and went back up there twice. The line wrapped around the building. Drive thru only. So how can I get help with this. Very bad business and customer service. No receipt given unless you ask and I forgot to ask. Money waisted!

Have to agree with all other reviews, they don't even deserve the 1 star. 0 stars is more than they deserve. Lady taking order at drive thru didn't understand English. She kept asking what was my order and finally told me to drive to window. At the window another lady took my order. I asked several times for a 2, 2 piece combos, white meat and 1 with fries and one with mashed potatoes. They seemed totally lost. Got home and had dark meat with 2 mashed potatoes. Then number ti call states international call call and disconnects. Never again.

WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!WORST POPEYE'S EVER! SPENT OVER $20 ON 2 LARGE SIDES AND A 2 PIECE MEAL. WHEN I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW TO PAY THE CASHIER HANDED ME 6 of their 6 OUNCE DIXIE CUPS . I ASKED WHERE MY 2 LARGE SIDES WERE AND SHE SAID THEY WERE IN THE DIXIE CUPS BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF LARGE CONTAINERS. I ASKED HER WHY SHE DIDN'T MENTION THAT WHEN I ORDERED AND SHE SAID "THEY HAVE BEEN OUT..." I THEN ASKED WHERE WAS THE SMALL SIDE FOR THE 2 PIECE COMBO AND SHE SAID IT WAS IN ONE OF THE SMALL DIXIE CUPS AS WELL. HOW DO YOU AS A FRANCHISE NOT HAVE SMALL OR LARGE CONTAINERS FOR YOUR COMBOS?!?! AND GIVE THE CUSTOMER ATTITUDE, I'M DONE!!!

Never go to this Popeyes location. Disgrace to the franchise. Night time says “open until 10pm” but after sunset there’s no one there. It’s very sketchy at night. Police patrolling the area
