The service is ok! They really need to work on smiling! 6/22/2022 They did reach out to me about the poor service and agreed to work on having the team to be more polite. I will follow up and see if we have turned the corner on bad service..
Half baked chicken was tasty and unlike any other on the most prevalent market. However, I prefer the skin cooked to a very done perfection. My favorite are their signature chips and salsa...Very good!
We visited here last night. Ordered a Quesadilla w: chicken. Taco meal w/ chicken. So we asked for extra green sauce they gave us plenty. Food was hot and fresh. The wait was quiet long but I won’t hold that against them because they had a very large order before us. This is where the 2 stars come from so I ate through 3 tacos. Bomb!!! So good. My friend ate half her Quesadilla. She spit something out and was like eww I got gristle. I looked it was a bone. Then I literally started eating into my 4th taco bones, skin, fat it was like that all the through the rest of them. Poor prep. We could have broke our teeth. Disappointed in this location. Not ok. Would have been soooo good too.
Yesterday was the first time visiting this place, for sure won’t come back again, nothing wrong with the food, costumer service was okay, I am giving a one start review because the ac wasn’t working, the place was really hot!! I wanted my food for dine in but it’s impossible to eat there!!!
It was really good. The chicken was a little on the dryer side of things and the beans might need some work. But overall it was good

The lady on the drive thorough qas great. We had 3 different Tortas with 3 different specific inquiries and she git it all right and went out her way to write it out in each one so we had no problems. ??
The service and the tortas are freakin' amazing... by this being my first time visiting this franchise I was truly blown away in all the right ways!
