Got an excellent salad but it took a long time to get and there was only 1 person in the dining area. I'll go to the other Garland location next time
Food was absolutely amazing, i have been coming to eat at this restaurant for the past 12 years and wow I have absolutely no complains what so ever. This was has phenomenal chicken and great deals. Love this place
These restaurants are raising their prices so high I just a year ago the tortas were $9 now they're $11 or something like that I know the prices everywhere are raising up high but here just within the last two years I think they went up by $3. I think it's too much for a torta but anyways and you cannot call by phone and place an order you have to go through their app online or just go inside and wait for ever I don't like coming here for those two reasons I know the chicken by itself it's pretty high already so I hope these prices stay the way they are fir a while or they're going to keep on loosing customers at least for me it's pretty high and not much meat on the tortas.

This was 2nd and last time we had problem with a young lady giving us misinformation about our mobile app order. Sent email to corporate office and also spoke with manager Nicholas after first incident. We were told we could not pick up if we did not come inside. I called and spoke with and employee who told me this was not true and he would report to manager immediately. While standing inside waiting for order the manager comes out to speak with his employee about the incident and they laughed about it not knowing were standing there. Very hurt buy this and will no longer spend money there. Customer service has gone downhill it it starts with leadership. Please do better. Your food is worth the $$ but only if the order is correct.
