good day. A few days ago I ordered a pizza and they gave it to me wrongly I returned it and they gave me a credit today I wanted to use my credit and they gave me the bad news that it was already expired that it was only valid for 19 days which they do not explain that to me when they give me the credit Unfortunately I lost my money and the worst thing was the bad attention that the manager here gave me, they were rude and with very bad professionalism
I ordered a large pizza with normal sauce normal cheese and veggies. It arrived timely, however it was extremely spicy. I inspected the pizza no jalapeños. They mixed up sauce. When I called and spoke to the first employee he was just rude and put me on hold BRAVO. Called back again and spoke to a female who was actually intelligent and was explaining the policy. A manager was requested but couldn’t come to phone. I’m disappointed that the customer service at this location is so poor. PS I HAVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND WOULD LOVE TO WORK At PIZZA HUT AND DO MY JOB PROPERLY!!! To say you can’t refund a credit card is absolutely insane!! 30 dollars for burnt breadsticks and spicy pizza. Managers should at least be available to talk to customers…that’s your job!!!
Every single time you order from this restaurant after 10 it will get cancelled and for once my order actually got processed and I ordered a pizza some pasta and a desert and I get charged for that, but I get a pizza and 2 desserts. This restaurant is just the definition of inaccurate and I’ve been ordering from this place for years and I hate to say that I’m freaking done I feel sorry for the delivery drivers cause I know they have nothing to do with it, but the management/staff here can’t follow instructions to save their lives.If you order the dinner box, they use the cheese sticks/bread sticks as the actual pizza crust, they charge you extra when they cant even follow basic instructions. I order extra toppings and they charge you but can’t be bothered to give you those extra toppings. If you can order from a different Pizza Hut I highly recommend it cause this location is just awful at every single point of customer experience. I had a bad experience from dominos that pushed me here and I’m starting to think OUR money is better spent elsewhere.

Well went to go get the spicy pizza from Pizza Hut and when we got there the lady was kind of rude she couldn't get my order right and then at the end she says oh we're out of the spicy marinara for the spicy Pizza after she already typed it into the computer.. I don't understand if I said I wanted a spicy marinara Pizza ,why didn't she say it from the get-go..
We love Pizza Hut again! We haven't had it in years. Tried it again and keep on ordering! This place always gets the order right! We've never had a bad pizza
My pizzas arrived very quickly which was great. However, the medium pizza was cut wonky, barely had any cheese on it and the bread sticks were cold. Definitely was not the best pizza I have received from here.
The pizza did not taste good at all. The meat had a strange flavor. Nobody could eat it. 50.00 on something not edible.
When I contact the restaurant to let them know Im outside no response after letting a staff member who walked out food know my name still no response. I walked in still over 5mins before I got my pizza. Will try another location?
Late review but I came across my old receipt from my visit on 11/09/21 9:57pm had sever: Melissa . 11/09 was my first time ever ordering from that location. The pizza was beautiful when you opened up the box and it tasted amazing as if they took there time into the creating of it. Hands down that day was the best pizza ever. My whole family was happy and talking about how great it was full of flavor
