Please make better pizzas. My pizza was extra thin when I ordered hand tossed. There was barely any sauce on the pizza. Extra dry. The pizza was like biting into cardboard.
can anyone from Pizza Hut please contact me?????? I have been waiting for a refund for a month. I spoke to Kirk 2 times and he has not yet assisted me. No one at the store will answer the phone now. I called another location and spoke to Teresa in Garland that said she would let management know to call me and still nothing. VERY UNHAPPY~
it was good. it’s always good, the only thing was that adding 7 dollars to the price just to make a supreme that didn’t have all of the toppings (I cut out mushrooms) seemed kind of high. and you don’t have ranch dressing anymore?
Ordered about $70 worth of food, it took an hour and a half to get to the house which I'm not mad about whatever. But what upset me was when the pizza came it was cold and you can tell it was old and not fresh. And we were missing part of the order. The delivery dude comes back with the missing wings that also came cold. So we decided to take it all back it was simply not edible. The first guy we spoke to was rude and defensive which I get we're in a pandemic and places are short staffed but all he had to do was say ok and either offer to remake it fresh or refund the money only after the 2 other guys stepped in did something get done about it. I got my refund and went elsewhere. Is this a bad place no not necessarily we have eaten here before without issues but that dude didn't help the situation.
The cookie had a weird aftertaste, and neither my daughter or I could eat it. The delivery driver was also a bit rude. I spoke to him several times, and was polite and he literally looked me in my face, passed me my food, and walked off.
The fact that I waited over an hour for my food just to get a man with an attitude. Cold and burnt food is messed up. It want happen again. By the way this is suppose to be cheesy bread.
Guy thought it was funny to laugh at my name when I came to pick up my order. Very disrespectful and I hope they would better reflect on this.Aside from that, they were able to process my order well and the quality of food was not bad.Also according to one of the staff members, the pick-up window opens at random occasions by the manager.
We've ordered from this location for years. The service has gone down to the point that we will go to another location from now on. Ordered was placed online about 445 for pick up at 530. The pick up window was closed so had to park and go inside. The food wasn't ready and we had to wait a few more minutes. They were polite but the late service and no pick up window open makes us want to go to another location.
