I have never in my life left a bad review for a restaurant but this will make the first. Haven’t eaten here since before the pandemic and am sad to see how far down this place has gone. I was so disappointed in my food I felt like crying after wasting $23. Came here in hopes to have the good food I once loved and left extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. If you come to eat here please do not come with high hopes like I did, it’s probably the worst meal I’ve ever had. This is in no way an attack on the workers just very saddened by the meal I received.

First time eating at a pei wei ever and I'm pretty disappointed. The spring rolls were basically cold and I ate them in the car so not like a car ride was the issue. I guess they're not made to order. Hot and fresh food would be nice :(

Ordered teriyaki tofu and kung pao shrimp. Good taste. Quick service.

We arrived around 7:30 pm and the employees were ready to go home, although it wasn’t time to close yet. I ordered Pad Thai because I used to like it there, but it was tasteless and incomplete: no lime, peanuts, etc. I had to get up twice to get what I needed for my plate, and the employees didn’t seem to be thrilled about it because they were too busy chatting with each other. My husband ordered another dish that was small and didn’t seem to be worth the price, $11. Management needs to be more aware of what’s going on at this location, specially before closing time. We are definitely not going back.

Every time I order curbside I end up having to go in to grab my order because they never see the alert. I had COVID and was trying to avoid going in but had to after waiting over ten minutes for someone to come out. Last time my husband drove up there to pick up our food, they never came out. He went in and the employee just pointed to the food and went back to whatever she was doing without any explanation or apology. I used to be a huge fan of Pei Wei and had no issues with the Lewisville location. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Came in to pick up to go order. Staff wearing masks down under chin, leaning against counter on cell phones ignoring customers. One guy acknowledged me finally calling me "baby" and then flounced around with his sunglasses on indoors, at night. Just overall an unprofessional look when you can see the kitchen staff busting their butts cooking and the other staff is running all over, these 2 are lazy!! Don't rub your nose and touch my food directly after. I know they do it, but I don't want to see it!

I have been hopeful for this place to make a turn for the better. It has been going downhill consistently. The past few times I've ordered Sesame Chicken & the quality has been lacking tremendously. Today my Sesame chicken was missing red bell peppers, garlic, onions & most importantly, my chicken was all dark meat; its suppose to be white meat. Lastly, I paid extra for fried rice. It was chunks of white rice & specs of carrots (not fried rice at all). This Firewheel (Garland, TX) location used to be much better than it is now. I've experienced so many disappointing meals over the past 16 months that I will no longer eat there. This is very sad, because I like supporting local businesses but this one no longer deserves my money.

Clean and welcoming atmosphere! Our family stopped by for lunch and the customer service was very friendly! Our only complaint was that honey seared chicken dish was a bit too sour for our liking.I hope Pei Wei returns to dishes soon or turn towards biodegradable plates/utensil. Everything is now served in plastic containers and they only offer plastic utensils (regardless of dine in or take out).

Food was delicious; I ordered using Uber eats and was delivered fast; the only thing tho: food was little cold ; so I don’t know if they made it quick and let it sit until the driver got there: but we reheated it and was very good

DO NOT SELECT DELIVERY. I ordered on the Pei Wei app and chose the delivery option. My order was late so I checked on my receipt and saw the option to “track your order”. I clicked on it and it said my order was delivered. Nothing was ever delivered. I called the restaurant and they said they couldn’t do anything because it’s delivered by either Door Dash or Uber Eats and I needed to contact them. Since I didn’t order through Door Dash there was no record of my order. I called back multiple times to the restaurant and was hung up on and another time she just laid the phone down and never told me to hold. A horrible experience all the way around. I paid for food that someone else received, was treated poorly on the phone as if I was just out of luck. Hard to believe that the company offers this delivery option but has no way of knowing or tracking who is picking up and delivering their orders. The employees were rude and never offered any kind of refund or resolution. I will not be back to this location.
