ordered an epic stuffed crust pizza with jalapenos and got this( see pictures) and spicy bufallo wings.. what i recieved was wings with no sause just ranch on the side and a pizza with jalapenos and a few pepperoni. i understand mistskes happen but the flavor wasnt good. something in the dough just tasted off. this will be the first and last time i order at this location.
The food is great and the delivery is spotty enough that I'm only going to use cash tips instead of adding it when I order from now on. I'd also rather have a company delivery driver than a Door Dash thief.
The reason I give 2 stars because not the pizza. It was one of the employees are very rude and mad of something. He was cursed and throwing pizza boxes.
My husband love Papa John's that was his first time eating it and he will be back thank you guys it was good warm and hot he said
I been going to this location for 6 years now. When Dakota is there I have no problems and if I do he fixes it right away. But since he’s not there as much this place is garbage. The heavy set black dude needs to be trained on how to make a pizza. I use to go at least once a week and whenever he’s there the pizza barely has any sauce and you have to request extra cheese just to get the bare minimum. Point is this place is garbage now. Shout out to my boy Dakota though.
Drivers are very rude. I had my girlfriend order me pizza to be delivered to my house, &’ she called the driver to see where he was and he began to be very rude and told her he had been looking for my apartment for over 30 minutes and that if i didn’t come outside to get my pizza he was going to just take it for himself. Once he finally met me he was very rude and told me that if i hadn’t come out then i was basically out of my food. All of my food was cold. It will be a while before ordering here again. BTW they’re located right down the street from me and he stated he had a delivery in my complex earlier in the day.
This is trash pizza. The large was so undercooked I'm not comfortable letting the kids eat it and mine was Philly steak pizza with 3 pieces of meat. The manager had the audacity to ask me to bring them to the store when I called to tell them they were inedible and I wanted a refund! I'll update when they actually do refund my money but no we are hungry and guess I got to order dominos now. Stop giving these people your hard earn money cause they don't deserve it.
Canceling orders on their end, getting orders wrong, cold food. This Papa Johns has been consistently low quality for months. I tend not to write reviews, but ordering from here isn't worth it if it's going to be this poor in quality every time.
Decided to call Papa johns after waiting two hrs for a pizza from Dominos and they did a great job on ensuring my pizza was delivered on time.
Had my order of brownies ready when I walk through the door but others employees was standing around while I waited 5mins for the cashier to get off the phone to ring me up
