EAT! GO! SOCIALIZE WITH FRIENDS! This is a fairly new location in the Firewheel area. Clean and friendly staff. Normal Panera Bread stock items, which we are know are scrumptious. Went here during the Memorial Day extended weekend, and they were well staffed and the food was hot and good quality. Definitely give them a visit if I the area.
Their food is always good and I order from this location regularly. They always get the order right except for one time when they missed some extra items on my sandwich that I paid extra for. The manager was very great about resolving the issue without any hesitation. Their management is a lot better than other similar food places at making sure their customers are satisfied.
This location cannot get a simple order correct. I'm never going there again. Last week we ordered, and they forgot my wife's drink. She had to make a second trip later in the afternoon between work calls to pick it up. Ordered again today, they remembered the drink but forgot to put the sandwich in the bag. This is ridiculous.
i can confidently say that faith was one of the nicest customer service employees that i have ever encountered. even going through the drive thru, she was so so sweet, and her kindness 100% made my day. management, give her a raise!!!
Quick, efficient service. Went to get some takeout, and I barely had to wait. And. Of course, whatever you're getting it's going to be good. So, win/win. Will be seeing more of it, considering its so close to home.
Like most others, this is a great Panera with great employees. The atmosphere is great for a quick lunch or hour coffee break. Everything is delicious as always.
I know everyone should know that Home Depot has just about everything you need for building supplies. They are well staffed and generally do a good job in pointing you in the right direction. Although their checkout and customer service desks are woefully understaffed, and it just takes a long time to get out of there.
The cost of oatmeal increased however, I am unsure my the portion decreased? $6.19 for a less than 3/4 full container.
Usual breakfast spot on the way to work. Sometimes I order on the app and sometimes in drive thru. Very convenient! Every once in a while they manage to mess up my egg and cheese on ciabatta and put bacon. But overall nice customer service and fresh items. Coffee is not my favorite and try to get it elsewhere.
Good food and good service! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is high quality. The macaroni and cheese and ceasar salad are excellent!
