GO! EAT! STAY FOR AWHILE! This location is fairly new and is close to the Firewheel Mall and local convention areas. Nice surroundings and shopping. Here, we found the quality of the menu as exactly listed on the Panda websites. I ordered a bowl with pecan shrimp, and actually found pecans and good sized shirts in the bowl! The noodles were cooked perfectly, not too dry or greasy. Nice staff and short wait lines. Please give these folks a visit, I believe you'll enjoy it!
This location isn’t the cleanest. The food was great . However the staff is rude .My son is trying to eat a bit healthier so I asked what do you wok smart selections were. I was told that we select anything that we want. I asked if we could sample two items because we’ve never got them before I was told no. Which may be cause of covid . So no biggie . 2 of the staff members were definitely talking about us . Rude .I asked for the teriyaki chicken for my daughter to not be cut as she wouldn’t eat it . (I know it’s weird but hey 4 year olds ) overall wasn’t the best experience. I’ll give it another shot in the future .
This location seems to run out of items and do not remake them. They will say all we have left is what is out. I get so upset I have to always say it's ok I will wait for it to be made. If I get there in normal hours why give me a difficult time about making food. Taste is good however they have messed up on some items that shouldn't have been spicy.
Although my food was cooked just right, I got to the last of my food just to see this bug floating. This has grossed me out so badly. I have eaten here for so many years and this actually was my favorite Panda Express. I have never encountered this. I am so upset about this. Hopefully I do not get sick from this. On top of this, my oldest was able to take only a few bites of her food before feeling like she was about to throw up. And that took place before finding the bug in my food. Total disappointment. I was trying to upload the picture but couldn't.
Ordered online for this location as opposed to my regular. Not only did they not start preparing my order until after I got there, but had to wait for them to restock. After I got home, the entrees boxes were only partially filled and the boxes were taped since they were too cheap to use the family meal containers - had to destroy the lid opening them.
Evidently the staff can't take a joke to give a lecture that he was the only one that showed up however there were about 3 other people behind him cooking the bad excuse for Chinese food. Unfortunately I can't put a 0 stars
CAUTION! It is my opinion that the clerks running the registers are trained to over-charge customers and hope they don't get caught. I ordered a 'bowl' and was charged for a 'plate'. I asked for a refund, the manager said she could not do that, but would give me a coupon for a free entree' the next time I ordered a full plate. What a scam! No, I want a refund! "No can do", she said. Why would I ever want to come back to a place that cheated me and give them more of my money? I went back to the store and gave the coupon to a customer in line who was already buying a plate. This way the location was out some food cost without an incremental sale. GOOD-BYE Panda Express!
The people that work here cheap everything out. Ordered three males and they gave us one napkin and one soy sauce. I asked for more and they rolled their eyes and gave me one more of each.
It's ridiculous that you buy two orders of orange chicken and they give you a chili sause, I asked for more, the woman who was delivering the food, refused to give it to me.zero stars ??
I love Panda Express and you can't really go wrong with it. My review is more specific about this location than the chain in general. This location along with just a few others offers the vegan orange chicken which was what I went out of my way for. I love love that vegetarians can partake in pandas best offering. The workers here were polite and quick. The "chicken" was a little tough and felt like maybe it was overcooked compared to my last experience with it. But honestly I'm just happy to be eating here.
