If you find yourself at the Firewheel Town Center, check out Palio's Pizza Cafe. The service crew is courteous, fast and efficient. They will bring your order to your table if you wish to eat at one of the tables outside the restaurant. Aside from the pizzas, I recommend the chocolate mousse cake. It is a guilty pleasure one must indulge in.
First time ordering. Pretty good! I liked the different selection of toppings. That pasta was my favorite part. Cheese bread was good and came with a garlic sauce.

My daughter and I are highly sensitive to cross contamination from gluten. They took all precautions to keep us safe. Most places only have 1 size GF crust. They have small and large and the crust tastes delicious. The girl’s who took our order seemed knowledgeable to our allergies and I felt safe. I had no issues and will be back.
This is the place to go and eat inside outside or take to go. Kitchen staff is highly skilled in preparing meals. Not just for the hunger but also for the eye. Abi was my server and the way he put the food on the table is telling me that this is the job he is doing with compassion. ?
3.5 stars. Had it for the first time but carry out. Not great but not terrible. I ordered the extra large king. It was a forgettable crust. It wasn't thin crust but they still square cut it for some reason.
The staff was very attentive and kind. This was my first time visiting this location and I had the Hawaiian cashew pizza, as well as the baked ziti. I was very impressed by the combination of flavors in the pizza and the crunch of the cashews was a nice touch. The pizza taste homemade and the manicotti was made on the spot. Definitely recommend!
I would recommend this place to any true pizza lovers out there. I order at the Richardson location regularly and this location is on par with that one. Grace's Alfredo gourmet pizza is a very flavorful and filled with topping. I had a small issue with my order but the manager Abe took care of it as soon as I let them know.
Pasta is decent but every time my partner goes in here to pick up our food they ignore him. Sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 30 minutes. They’ll make eye contact with you and still just pretend like you don’t exist and take care of others who walk in after. So just know the food isn’t awful but the service isn’t great either.
