Server asked us to order food immediately when seated. No drink order, no looking at the menu, order right now. Server dropped a plate of lasagne close to our table. She picked up a piece of the broken plate and began SCRAPING THE LASAGNE OFF THE FLOOR with it. I took a photo of our “salad.” How much dressing should come on a salad? The server argued with me that the salad had too much dressing. You be the judge.
The waiter Brandon was so nice he kept us refilled on drinks. Our food was late and he was so sorry even though it wasn’t his fault. He was so kind! Working super hard!! And I definitely recommend Brandon’s service at Olive Garden in Garland TX
This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Olive Garden ever. The food was good cut the service was Beyond horrible. Our waitress was non-existent most of the time. She didn't ask us what we wanted she just gave us what she thought she would like to give us. We had to ask for refills on drinks, for more salad, for cheese on our salad and four cheese on a food. And then she just barely gave us any. I had the never ending salad and soup and had to beg for a refill on my soup. When I got it almost 10 minutes later it was cold and only half a bowl. I had to get up and go find a waitress somewhere to get a refill on my drink. There were so many other issues that made it hey very unpleasant experience. But boy when it came time to give us our check she was right there on top of it but still very rude and Elusive about helping us.
Once we were seated it took Atleast 15 minutes before anyone ever came to our table to ask for our drink order. By that time we were ready to order. Our drink glasses stayed empty. Once we got our food my 4 year old ordered grapes with his meal and they were wilted and gross looking. Asked for a to go tray and that took another 10minutes. Before leaving we all went to the restroom. The women’s bathroom was DISGUSTING!! Dust all over the toilet paper dispenser, dirt and trash in the floor, the corners of the stall looked like they had never been cleaned. Bad experience. I would avoid this location.
I loved the soup the salad and the pasta.
These is the place you want to go when you don't want to wait for long time, we have been visiting these place for couple years and never have to wait for longer period I think I remember waiting about 5 minutes one time but that about it, these was before pandemic started after that we have been placing orders for curbside pickup and service still EXELENT only one complain once my Chicken parmigiana was a little to overcooked so it was very dry other than that is a great place to visit inside or just order curbside pickup within an hour you'll have your food. I recommend these place.
The server we had was great! Amazing sense of humor and eager to please. Food was good and drinks were always filled. I would definitely be willing to come back!
I didn't catch my waitresses name...but she was phenomenal. She was funny..and very engaging. I wasn't feeling well and she was very attentive to my needs and wants...it was absolutely what I needes...if I'm ever in Dallas again ...I will surely visit
Would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the front desk treating us as we did not exist. We were promised a 20 mins wait. Time passed and people kept coming and got seated immediately. People came after us, had the same amount of people we had and got seated right away. Manager had to jump in to fix the issue but was already too late. I can't wait for summer to be over so we don't have to deal with these teens just looking to kill there summer time break and not do their jobs 100%
Could have had better service but I'm aware there is a lot going on in people's lives so i don't hold it against them.so i gave you 4 stars.
