Update 5/24/22- They ruined this teacher’s breakfast. I ordered a chicken biscuit with a round egg added, and 2 hash browns. I received only one hash brown in the drive thru and had to request the other. Then when I got to work I opened my sandwich to find they added CHEESE not an egg, and that there was a clothes fiber on my food. Disgusted, irritated, and mad to say the least. I will be returning this afternoon for my refund. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!!First of two McDonald’s in one night just trying to get an Oreo McFlurry. DO ANY OF THE ICE CREAM MACHINES EVER WORK ANYWHERE?! Fix things when they’re broken! They shouldn’t be broken at EVERY LOCATION!!!?? Also, girl was rude when I needed to cancel my order.??

Horrible service no one was in line in front of us the employee taking orders waited 5 minutes before we had to say hello due to didn’t bother to ask us to give her a moment to acknowledge the fact that she was aware we were waiting. No urgency on getting orders out everyone moves as if they only have one person in the lobby. Got to the window to pay employee was relaxing on their phone another one had AirPods in. Got to the window for food once again not even acknowledged.

This goes for the higher ups of McDonald’s. After all these years you guys should have this down by now. I placed my mobile order and arrived at this location at 10:29 am for curbside pickup. When 15 minutes passed I get out of my car to get the order myself and the doors are locked. I knock several times and employees just look at me but don’t acknowledge or anything. All the while, cars in and out of the drive-thru, meaning orders are being completed, just mobiles saved for last. When the manager on duty comes out he apologizes for the delay and you can see he’s beat down from im sure every single upset customer this morning. He proceeds to let me know he only had a couple of employees come in. I completely understand people not showing up, but what I don’t understand is how McDonald’s doesn’t provide its customers the courtesy of letting them know they’re short staffed. I was informed that McDonald’s doesn’t allow a sign on the door stating short staffed. When I couldn’t get in to the store and I was over it I tried to cancel my order but of course there was no way to do this. Now I have this cold food that honestly I don’t even care to eat due to this experience that has now placed my whole day behind. And just to add because I know how the corporate world functions, the manager on duty is working hard to fix any issues he can.

The employees here are extremely rude and aggressive. The teenager at the drive thru window distributing food closed the window on me in mid sentence of me explaining what I needed fixed. The employee Kiana stated the teen at the window was her first day and didn’t know her name. The teen rolled her eyes and huffed & puffed and was aggressive during my experience here. My Big Mac & cheeseburger including fries did not exceed expectations, the sprite was disgusting. The teen employee attempted to hand me a sprite half full & became irate when I asked to add ice to it. I had to drive to the Rockwall location to get new food made. I did not feel safe going back to get my refund here. I have never experienced this type of customer service at any McDonald’s before. Please do not stop here, go to the next McDonalds you see. Thanks. This is supposed to be a Big Mac ?. This happened between 8-9pm 4/27/22

They took my online payment. Did not have lettuce for the 2 bigmac meals. The manager was yelling and rude over the speaker. I waited in the drive-thru for 57 minutes and the wouldn't return my money and didn't offer replacement food. I asked for a district or regional mgr name and phone number and got ignored. I-30 McDonald's is the worst McDonald's I have ever went to in years. The so called mother never came to the window. Instead they let several customers leave without food since they left me sitting at the window.

Gm, I just want everyone to be thankful ! The staff is young first and foremost they do a great job when I'm there for service or doordashing!! I've never ran into a problem here the manager didn't fastly take care of. We are in a pandemic we are in trying times!! Jesus had compassion for the people! We as a people are over worked and tired!! I appreciate the staff here I appreciate the management! Thank you guys for your services. Keep Pushing. Stay Blessed??

Came to McDonald’s on beltline and interstate 30 a little after midnight and has taken almost 40 minutes to get through the drive-through absolutely ridiculous. Manager says that they were just a little shorthanded. I believe it’s the managers responsibility to make sure that they are not shorthanded so this doesn’t happen you could’ve gone in a dining restaurant set and ate paid the bill and left quicker than this. Not to mention they don’t have a lot of things that you order and the frappe machine is down. Extremely disappointed and not for the first time at this McDonald’s

This is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Do not pick up food late at night or you will be waiting for a loooonnnnggggg time. We spent 45 minutes waiting to get our food with only two cars in front of us. At least my food wasn’t burnt this time.

Couldn't find my online order. They had a mix up between drive thru and front counter. Feels like should be more organized and have more staff, particularly in the mornings when they know they will have increased traffic with people heading to work. Food was ok. I had a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin.

Came last night around 9pm and food was disgusting and old. Night shift cashier snatched my debit card at the window. Called this morning spoke w Devin the kitchen manager and he apologized and replaced my whole order for free!! Great customer service. I don’t live in the area but he made it worth the drive back! Thanks Devon your the truth !!
