Been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Only 4 cars ahead. Not sure why they are so slow unless someone ordered something big; either have them just go inside or have them wait at the pill in pickup. Been here twice and have always waited so long, probably understaffed.Just got our food and it tastes terrible, fries are stale. Thought we were waiting for something fresh. Will never come back, waste of time and money.
Don’t buy from them. Service is horrible and they are rude. Bunch of kids who don’t know what the hell they are doing. No respect for their customers
The night I went in was about 8 o'clock on a Friday and there was no customers waiting inside. The service was there was fast and food was hot when ready. It appeared like there were 3 or 4 employees working at the time. While waiting for the food I noticed that to that some of the tables were dirty and we're dirty and not wiped off which was surprising considering there was no customers inside. I did notice some of the tables had electrical plugs to charge on connect electronics too.
Placed the order, and got home, cheeseburger was left out of a Happy Meal. Had to drive back to get it. The manager behaved as if I had done something wrong! No apology or attempt to make it right.
Zack took my order and was SO polite. You normally get people who sound monotone or seem unhappy. Zack had a great attitude, was kind, and so very polite. Lots of "yes ma'am and thank you ma'am."His upbeat attitude and politeness should be praised.It's a small detail, but makes such a difference. Especially if the person ordering wasn't having a pleasant day. Great employees bring in loyal customers.My food was alright, and the soda was watered down. But not a big deal! Just wanted to compliment good customer service.
This McDonald’s had me waiting 30 minutes for my mobile order, during these minutes I had 24 cars circle through the drive-thru. I called them several times to ask about my order which I was told twice they were about to bring it out. All for a single burger and a drink 0/5
They NEVER get your order right in the drive-thru. The kid handed me my drink with soda all down the sides, and walked off. Got my hand soaked and sticky. Had to call him back over to give me napkins. Ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, with no vegetables. Got a regular chicken sandwich with all the vegetables and no cheese. Asked for an apple pie and got charged for 2. Completely incompetent.
The line went really fast, the only thing is that I’m not done ordering and they keep saying anything else after each sentence, other than that everything went well
The food tasted old and want warm, they got my coffee wrong and I had to go in there and have them correct it, when they gave it back coffee was over flowing. Poor service.
no, just no, so cramped and WHY IS THE PLAY PLACE STILL CLOSED????? Also, very slow service it takes 20 minutes for something as small as a happy meal with barely anything in it. Food is also cold.Oh, and there aren't any people here and that just proves how bad it is.
