Terrible slow, lack of experience and discipline, most of customers were force to watch the employees to having fun and talking. The work flow are extreme poorly organized and managed. Orders were no done in the sequence order.When I placed my order- one ice coffee, there were 3 before me, and several cars on drive-through. This a cup of ice coffee took them 30 minutes to completed and that was after I complain to manager. The store manager finished the order on whoever complained first, not who ordered first. The guy behind the front counter just had too much fun with his female friend who was also a customer. A lady order after me has their half of order sitting on their working table for more than 20 minutes. Who would want the cold fries and burgers? Manager refused to refund on her order and shows not gonna speed up her order at all. After I received my coffee, still seeing the boys who were order before me, WAITING.
The absolute worst experience! Waited for a mobile order for 20 minutes before going inside. Waited another 10 before I any employee acknowledge me. It happened to be the manager(who walked past me multiple times)who tried to give me my order that had been just sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes. He refused to refund my money so I will make sure the bank does. Plus, this place is filthy!
This is the first McDonalds I have ever left a 5 star review for. This store has changed a lot I don't know if there new management or not but I use to come here back when I was younger and it was bad but came today and they were great. All of my food was fresh and I didn't even asked for it even the cookies. The employee weren't rude or anything, and they listen to my request on the burger and all they did a really good job.
Order #1355 12:38pm I have never been to a McDonalds that so blatently makes food in a disrespectful way. I’ll say this before i start on what was awful… The girl who took my order today was EXCEPTIONAL! There was zero line ahead of me and the parking lot was not busy. The girl giving food out the window forgot our straws and did not speak in a way that could be understood. I asked for honey and specifically said NOT honey mustard… I received honey mustard anyway and was then told “we dont have honey” well maybe ASK the customer what they’d prefer instead of giving them exactly what they said they DID NOT want? The sodas were completely watered down and had about 10 pieces of ice in them each. The medium fries were each half full. Lastly, and the most frustrating, is that I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and ketchup only. I recieved that burger DRENCHED in ketchup, as seen in the photo attached. People come through the drive through typically to eat food while their on the go, correct? How on earth could that burger be eaten while in the car without being covered in ketchup?! I have never received service, so gross, from a Mcdonalds before.
Took 15 minutes to get my order after they had me pull up n wait by the door. 2a (no onions & extra pickle) Guy who brought it out was rude and both the fries and burger were cold. I was never given a receipt for my purchase. Lady just took my cash said your good and closed the window. Never got my change!
They must have cooked a large batch of beef patties earlier in the day/morning. They were like beef jerky , my wife bought 2 big Macs at around 3pm and they were inedible. Very expensive hamburgers to have to throw away. It will be a long time before I crave McDonald's again. Thanks for the memory. Given the attitude of the management and employees , I honestly believe it's DANGEROUS to eat at this location. Please do not feed your children or yourself anything prepared at this location. God bless you if you do. DANGEROUS.
My first time ordering thru the app. I picked up my child from school and I had to head back to work ASAP. So I decided to get a happy meal and hot chocolate with some apple pies for my Co workers. I didn't want to wait thru the drive thru so ordered on line and waited 10 minutes and no one showed up . So I try to go inside and the dining room was closed to the public. So the "Manager" in a rude way tells me he's under staffed. That I had to wait like everyone else. I said ok I understand but I'm in a hurry if I could just get my money back, he said that I could only do it thru the app. At this point I was late for work might as well get my food. So I decided to wait. Which he kindly took his time after i told him i was in a hurry and didn't give the complete order.
Worst service ever. Manager and staff should be fired. Ordered and paid for 3 large coffees with cream and sugar. Gave me 2 medium with nothing. Went inside to complain, and cashier lied saying medium is the new large. Manager came out and said they were out of large cups. Told him that I had also ordered with cream and sugar. He gave me a cup full of cream and sugar packets, and told me to prepare them myself. Never returning or ordering from here again.
This location has consistently been the worst McDonald's I've ever had the displeasure of visiting...No exaggeration... they've gotten every order wrong in one way or another... it's stupid that I keep going back, but it's the closest one and I figured there'd be new management to keep these kids on point.It is the management of any business that takes the fault of bad employees.
Terrible service! Went in to order 2 cheeseburgers and a large fry....took an UNBELIEVABLE 15 minutes. Heard managers complain about being shorthanded. It happens but...ALL hands should be on deck. That's not a customer issue! If you're shorthanded, maybe the 3 managers on duty should've actually been working instead of one cleaning the ice cream machine, one just standing there talking, and the other in the office. ??
