So I’ve been ordering coffee for the past few days. And they have always messed up on my order. I would order a large and they give me a medium, or I would order a medium and they give me a small. I’ve asked them nicely to change the size that was given and they would do it (without apologizing), but this shouldn’t happen every single time. Bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend.
That girl on drive thru is doing all of this by herself bless her heart please give her a raise or something thank her for her amazing work I want to make sure she's taken care of...and I do want want question why she's the only one there on a night like this it's been super busy and she is moving all on her own thank her and I told her I'd make sure to leave a good review thank you for your amazing hard work
I ordered ONE FRAPPE and they asked me to park in spot nbr one. I ASKED HIM YOU WANT ME TO PARK WHEN ALL I ORDERED WAS ONE FRAPPE? He said Yes in spot 1. ARE YOU FRKN KIDDING ME? What if I had ordered 5 burgers WTH! Never again!!
McDonalds at 3310 Lavon DrGarland, TX 75040 (corner of Naaman Forest and Lavon in the gas station) served this to my daughter when she went through the drive through tonight. I tried to call and they never answered the phone. ?? And of course their ice cream machine didn’t work either. So she couldn’t get the Shamrock shake she really wanted. ?
I got there at 2 am after spending five hours fighting with my trucks brakes and was honestly expecting for the employees to tell us the registers are down (y'know how they do after midnight) but instead we were greeted with a super cool dude with great energy and customer service. Just wasn't expecting such good customer at the oddest hours. Keep it up dude whoever you are.
My order was wrong. Not only was it wrong, it was MISSING THE MEAT on my burger. And no one answered the phone when I called. I kept calling for 10 minutes. Fast food workers want $15/hr to not know how to do their job. You had 1 job and couldn’t even do it right.
I rarely make a review, however I went to this Mcdonalds after work and they exclaimed I may only order off Doordash or Uber eats. I went home to order doordash delivery and they turned away the two drivers that went there to grab my order. Why not just close the "24/7" store if the employees are going to be lazy and turn everyone away with some excuse.
They can't get the drink order right... I order Coke & sometimes get Diet Coke. The Coke tastes flat --it's not mixed right
Curbside took a little longer than I expected. I normally use drive thru thinking online ordering would be faster. I'll just wait in line. Looked like it went faster than my online order.
So I had to give 2 stars for cleanliness. My daughter and I decided to eat in and the table was disgusting. Word of advice: if you are going to continue to have the inside open for dining, make sure the tables are clean.
