This location is ALWAYS closing earlier than they are supposed to due to "maintenance". I've experienced this at this location at least 3 times already. So if you are going to go to this location make sure they are open or will be open. Unfortunately, no way to find out since they don't answer their phone either. I called to make sure they were open due to is being Easter. No luck. I guess as they really do say, "Too big to fail".
I can not believe this store took my money and gave me the wrong order. I asked person in the window is this all? She said yes and shut the window.. the car behind me honked and I had to get out the way besides I was in. Rush but I should have checked it. She gave me two bags once I arrived I realized that the order was completely wrong. My coworkers and I did not get to eat.I called to let the manger know she told me she didn't know anything about to call the next day ..she hung up. I called the next and the next following days I didn't get a response at all. You guys made me so mad that I even now threw away the receipt. I cannot believe this place. I will be telling my friends and family about this store and how you guys treated me was beyond . I'll be leaving. Nasty review about this place too if I don't get this complete order fixed...I know what's going to happen.. since I don't have my receipt you guys can't do anything . Lol Great now I went to MCDS website and you guys can allow us to leave a feedback? WOWW!!!
What can I say. It's a typical McDonald's. Sean's no one wants to really work there. No such thing as service with a smile anymore.
I wish they didn't remodel this Mac. It used to look like a library or like a fancy diner in a 19th century luxury liner. It had framed paintings and everything. Now it's just another generic mac. That being said, this one is the least disastrous of the McDonald's remodels.
Breakfast burrito seemed like it had been sitting around for days can't they make a freshy.. and they don't serve no sausage muffy after 10:30 now that's just being lazy...
Wish I can give a zero star! Who the GM ?? Or yall don't even have one. Don't listen and no brain, just close the store, will be the last time going to this location. Save your time and money!
Usually have fresh fries on hand, they just don't stay open past 1am and fries are sometimes unsalted.
Second time in a week something was forgotten. Missing 2 McChickens on the last order, and this time ordered two harsh browns with my meal, and the second one was not there.Won't be going back.
Excellent food and excellent customer service. I ordered the Crispy chicken Deluxe and fries no salt, Both were made to perfection. I was very happy thank you.
Shorted my chicken sandwich, but received 2 small cheeseburgers which I didn't order. Fries tasted old grease
