I moved just around the corner and would have come here many times per week. I will likely never return again. Terrible leadership = terrible workers and culture. This time I got the worst order girl in historyAbsolutely incompetent and a staight up lied about menu and even language. Way to hire, McDonald's! BTW Don't ask for govt money when your business loses all its customers. Don't go away mad. Just go away. LoL

Went in to the lobby because they forgot an order of fries no big deal it happens. Stand in line to get them and I noticed two people waiting to place an order. The guy standing behind the counter told the first person you have to order from the machine because they apparently don’t take orders at the front anymore. The lady said she didn’t know how to use it and he just turned around and keep doing what he was doing. He turned and helped me gave me my fries and continued to say the same thing to the next gentleman. When I told him that he should be doing his job and showing them how to use it all he could say was that it was self explanatory. I asked to talk to the manager and he got her and she turned around and tried to hand me a drink cup. This place needs to be retrained or needs new management. That unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Called location 3 times. No answer after letting it ring at least 20 times each call. I know they’re busy but they still need to have someone answering the phone. I wanted to know if their ice cream machine was working or not. Every time I try to get a shake or McFlurry they have some excuse for it not being available. I’m tired of wasting my time in the drive-through and not getting what I want.

They charged me for an app order that I canceled. I was emailed a receipt that lists the time of the order a full hour after I canceled it. Since it was cancelled it is not listed in my current orders on my app. McDonald's corporate says I need to have the store owner refund me. The store owners/management are not reachable through their listed phone number.Another time a while back at this same location, they canceled my app order while I was in the drive thru and charged me for another customer's larger order.There is definitely something fishy going on with their management/ownership. Don't pay by card at this location.

Good grief, why did they remodel another maccas? Why couldn't they just stick to the good old design? They no longer have chandeliers or marble tops or framed paintings or plastic plants adorning this once beautiful place. Now it's just another boring generic fast food diner.

I used the app to order 2-2 piece strawberry and cream pies, but when I got home they were blueberry and cream pies, I had previously tried the blueberry and cream pies but not very impressed, so when I went back up there to get what I originally ordered, I was told that the strawberry and cream pies are a discontinued item but they still had it on the app. I am thoroughly displeased because McDonald's discontinues a popular item and replaces it non popular item.

Fries are literally always cold lunch and dinner unless you just get lucky and WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN DRIVE THRU & BURGER WAS COLD fries old rarely any salt. Service is good minus cold food. I was not going to write this but it has happened for months now. If my kids didn't want this I would never be back. I gave 2 stars only cuz the drive thru ladies are always nice COOKS AND BACK HOUSE AND MANAGEMENT NEED TO BE CHANGES. ASAP maybe to drive thru girls

Cash only until 3am... Seems kind of sus... tbh after reading some of the other reviews about so many orders being short. It makes me wonder if they do this to make up for when it's "cash only".For anyone unaware of the "cash only" scam. They don't put the order in the system. They put your money in their pockets and sell what they short the business and other customers. Then at the end of the shift they cover the change( if any was change was made) balance back the till and split the difference. Crooks...
