Their chicken is the WORST!! I’ve been here several times hoping the next time would be better than the last but nope! You got young workers that just want to goof around on the job. Yesterday I went through the drive thru and while I was ordering the girl was laughing and was not helpful at all. I get my chicken it’s drenched in grease and the crust was stale and chewy! I through it away instantly. The biscuits that was in the box was hard as a rock and could not break it in half. This KFC has to be the worse one I’ve been to and definitely does not have it together. It’s just GROSS! ?
No matter what time you come to this location they are always out of chicken!! How are you out of chicken at 11:30 in the morning it’s literally lunch time
Went here earlier and got a famous bowl combo the chicken was old and hard and could barely chew it the cookie was old and hard.
Wife and brother got food poisoning yesterday and are seriously ill, after we each had a crispy chicken sandwich. I am disgusted. Me and my wife did not sleep last night, as I was wondering what could of got her so sick (she had uncontrollable chills, and vomiting). Who else recently had this problem, I want to sue this place? Stay away from this KFC if you care about your health.
This is not the place to go! I told the lady my order 4 times, and even asked her at the window if x amount of things were in my bag. She said yes! I get home and the order is wrong....so for 20.00 I got 4 tenders and 3 pieces chicken.....go inside or check your order before you leave!! O ya and the phone number on the receipt is a non working number...go figure!!
Unfriendly, and for being short staffed didnt stop girl at window from leaning, checking her phone and tapping her nails. Mac and cheese was cold and lumpy and chicken was burnt.
They should never give out old food, no matter what time it is, I guess they was closing and gave me a whole order of old food… 3 different orders for the family.??♀️?
We made an order online for today at 9 pm for delivery and no one showed up, it wasn’t free, we obviously payed for it! I am calling the number that showing here and no one is answering, I want a refund! I am so disappointed kfc!
This review is based on the extra crispy fried chicken. It is awful. It doesn't stand a chance against any other DFW fried chicken joint. It taste like chemicals. I've noticed it for several years and had to speak up. Chicken pot pie is great. Bring back the wedges!
