So I came in at 8:40pm on 3/28/22 and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with an additional spicy chicken sandwich. The drive thru kid was cool and really respectful. His manager, on the other hand, rolled his eyes after I said it was ok that they use tenders instead of the chicken filets since none were prepared. We all know that the tenders are not as big as the chicken filets. Big difference. 1)The manager should’ve been the one to talk to me about the substitution, hourly employees don’t get paid to deal with those things, and 2)His attitude about it needed to be a lot more positive since he is representing this establishment. He should be retrained on customer service so that his employees don’t think that the attitude he has, is ok for them to give to customers as well. Not a great experience.
First time here. Service at the drive through was quick enough. One car in front of me. My combo included fries, slaw and mac and cheese, but there was no ketchup, napkins or utensils in the bag. I don't know how they expect people to eat slaw and mac and cheese without a fork.
I purchased an 8 piece original chicken in the amount of $17.85 today. I was really disappointed with this purchase. I believe whoever prepared this chicken did not go by the recipe. There was no flavor at all and the skin on the chicken was no where like the original chicken that KFC is known for.
DO NOT order from this one. Chicken was stale, bread was stale, they forgot all sauces and plates as requested. And they arrived too soon, we asked for delayed order.
The are trash. I stopped by last week they had no chickenI Place an doordash order today, they told the dasher they had no chicken instead and if canceling the order as I suggested when I placed the order, so I substituted my order for hit wings; since she was nice enough to call me and already there. The spicy wings were so hard it was like eating cracklings and the biscuit was like eating a croutons.
this location i paid over 25 bucks for family bucket and the biscuits were rock hard, fries were under cooked, and chicken was dry and looked like it'd been in the warmer for 3+hrs. Ridiculous waste of money.

I would give this location 0 stars cause they are sorry, super lazy staff ready to go home by 9:30pm! Ordered 2 bowls both had no chicken just fried crumbs all over smh.Also they were literally out of everything! Do not recommend you will be disappointed. They literally had the doors locked by 9:20pm.
I ordered 1 combo with two wings, fries, drink and a biscuit, 1 combo with 3 wings, fries, drink and a biscuit. And I was disappointed how tiny the wings are in both combos. That is expensive for what I paid for compared to these tiny wings. The fries are good though
I just spent $24.89 last night for an 8pc original bucket special. I was told they have no biscuits so cookie replacements are made. Then I asked for mashed potatoes and coleslaw....I get home and we have 2 mashed potatoes, again no coleslaw and no biscuits and chicken is over cooked!I tried calling last night and today and no answer again. KFC your better than this!
