I ordered a grilled chicken patty for my kid and it was under cooked.
Drive thru fast and friendly employees. Food was correctly made to my order.
Bought 2 Ultimate Cheeseburgers and was very disappointed. Both my husband and I noticed the meat patties were smaller than usual. Jack in the Box Ultimate Cheeseburger use to be our "go to" however, we both felt ripped off and will be looking else where
TERRIBLE service. We ordered for pickup and when I came to pick it up they said they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have anything in their system and I showed FOUR different receipts and they still said they can’t do anything because it isn’t in their system so I asked for a phone number or a general manager and I was told they couldn’t give me any of that information. And when I asked about what I should do about my money they said I had to go to the app and when I did the app said I have to come into the store to get a refund and they said they don’t do that.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
The service is good and they really make it up to you even though there is shortage on employees. I use both, walk-ins and drive-thru. Food is always good I love the breakfast # 27
Plastic on the frikin burger. We thought its peppers but it's part of broken plastic. Served friday night jan 14, 2022
Service is excellent both inside ordering and drive through ordering. Food is high percentage made well. (occasionally burnt fries). They are fast in serving and made right.
Just ordered from here and the drive thru woman was rude and abrupt. I understand hard days but customer service is a thing.
People are the worst!!! Forgot 2 combos of my order then when I drove all the way back to get it (15min drive!) . They made it wrong on purpose and told me to leave or pay to get it done again! Terrible service!!! Alexes(black girl with lashes bigger than her head) was the manager on site who did this and started insulting me for being to cheap to afford to buy another sandwich. Which was not the point! Will be contacting corporate!
Gave this place another chance , instantly regretted it .Every so gle time the leave something out of my order .Then say they are going to have someone contact me yet they never do .As someone who's worked in food service I understand but this place is absolutely ridiculous .I will continue to drive to mesquite .This place is a joke .I advise everyone to skip it .
