If I could give this location a zero I would, here's why. I ordered a reg. Vanilla shake and was charged $15.00. I told the worker I had Given her a $20.00 and she gave me back 5.00 & change but said she couldn't take the change back to correct what she did. Never will I go back.
Can't seem to get order correct AND 4 consecutive visits the window server dropped part of my change into lot.This is an almost guaranteed situation at the two JBs that I visit. (Not often, just for granddaughter)
Second time now Munchie meal came without tacos. At least this time it wasn't just a sandwich and a box of regular fries. Would really appreciate if they say least said they weren't doing tacos instead of mystery meals...
I’ve been to this location several times and they disappoint EACH time. They’re always out of something. I asked for tacos, they’re out of course. I asked for 2 large fries, sure- checked the bag to see 1 SMALL fries. Will not be returning to this location
Had the spicy chicken sandwich. It was fresh, hot, and tasted good. Remembering how thankful I am that they are open on Christmas Day. Saying that first and this second the drive service is kind of all over the place. Most of the time my order is placed, I drive up, pay, get my food, and drive away. But sometimes no one is there to take my order, sometimes they have trouble understanding or hearing me, and a few times the wait is very long in the drive thru. Larger orders should be delivered to the car in the parking lot after payment.
The food was to be expected. The service was good. I was in and out of the drive-thru and they got my food correct.
Jack has tried to raise his image and reputation of his facilities, but not a lot he can do to the outdated real estate he has, especially when it is so hard to place an order . I don't know the last time I actually had an order taken from someone speaking English that makes it hard to order and a lot of people will not deal with it, they will go somewhere else.
Good staff, though I like to just order meat patties because I don't eat flour or sugar, and you can do that. But it’s just about the same price as ordering the burger with no bun. Just in case you need the veggies. I can be a little difficult to get in and out of this Jack in the Box.
They NEVER have shakes here :( I tried for the first two weeks i lived here (2 months ago) and figured the machine was down so i waited a while before trying again. I've tried another 3 times since then, and still no shakes. :(
I went here today to get a ice coffee, and when I got to the window she asked for my card so I gave it to her, then she told me the total and it sounded wrong, she tried to hand me the wrong drink so I told her I had the ice coffee, So she hands me my card and coffee with no Receipt. I asked her for it and saw I was charged for a meal she wasn't even going to refund me if I didn't say anything, even though she knew she charged me wrong. She also refunded me in cash and didn't ask if that was okay. As someone who works in the food industry this is highly Unprofessional, Usually I don't say anything if I had a bad experience but I have been going here for years and am really disappointed for a manager to do this. This ice coffee was really bad. I feel I should have a replacement for this horrible experience.
