Always fast and friendly.Update: went to try the "cluck" sandwich again because it was disappointing the first time, and it's supposed to be a new filet. It was new, but not better. It's bigger, but it was about 10% chicken. It was all breading, colored like chicken. The white color in my photo, is not meat, it's dough. I won't be getting that again.
Horrible services went to order 16 tacos and 2 medium fries they told us 16.59 in which we handed out 16.70 then the guy said we were missing 1.59 more in which my husband told him he gave him 16.70 the worker looked super confused after handing our food halfway home we noticed they had only gave us 3 tacos and 2 fries we went back and he spoke to the manager in which she rudely responded we cant give u extra tacos because we dont know if u took them out like what! Why would we take out tacos the cheapest thing in the menu she refused to give us our money back too will be contacting HR and will NEVER go back we moved from grand prairie to Garland less than 2 weeks ago and so far hate it Jack in the Box do better and hire better employees never had a problem like this before
Went here because Google Maps said indoor dining was available, which it wasn't. But the manager invited us to go ahead and stay. So we had a terrific light meal, making sure that we cleaned up after ourselves when we left.My lovely wife had two tacos and a soda, while I had the cinnamon sugar donut holes with a chocolate shake, because I had already eaten.
Is not the first time they gave us sauce packages like this, sauce, ketchup, and ranch all dirty stick together looks nasty…
They didn't have any tacos at all. Customer service was nice. The egg rolls were very good. Fresh and hot.
They don't have indoor dining 'because of Covid staffing shortages'. But, they used to allow orders inside for take-away. Now, they don't allow that, and there are NO SIGNS telling you that. Just a LOCKED door when you walk up. So, it's a waste of time and easier not to go to this one if the drive thru is busy.
No line at drive through. Prompt and courteous service when I ordered shakes. My children loved them and they particularly appreciated the whip cream and cherry on top.
Ordered a #11 Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo got home opened up the bag and it's a ultimate burger. Check you orders before leaving!!!
Went through the drive thru and the time was fast, order was accurate. No complaints.
Been here 6 times now with the Open sign on just for them to say we're closed.
