Man. I should have listened to the other reviews. Went on Saturday around 3:30 am. After getting off work and getting a quick bite. Ordered 4 tacos along w a jr jumbo jack. Burger was ok. But tacos were soggy and old looking especially by the lettuce. Was tired could not go back. Very disappointing thinking to try this location at that time.
I went around 12:45am on Saturday for a milk shake. The drive thru cashier was rude, very short with me and acted as if I was bothering her by placing an order.When I asked for a milkshake she said very quickly we are out and are not making any and you need to order something else. I was hesitant to stay in line and could not trust that they wouldn't mess up my order, I kept it simple and asked for 3 tacos.I knew that they weren't going to mess that up since it's probably the easiest thing to do. I will never go back at night because I can't trust a food place where the staff is rude and short with their customers.
The nastiest one I've ever been to. They always have piles of food sitting under the light with not 1 car in the drive thru or customers inside. My burgers are always made sloppy. Definitely my last time at this location. Disgusting & lazy workers
WARNING----Ordered #4 $5.40+ Gave Genius in window $20 and 4bits.Gave me back 2 5s, 4 $1s and 50cents.I laughed and asked where he learned to count change. He smirked and said that's what computer said to give me.I asked him for the 5th $1.00.He laughed and closed the window.I honked the horn and asked to speak to manager. A guy I red shirt came to window never spoke to me told Genious something. Then he opened window and gave me $1.00Be careful. Short change con artists are everywhere..... Or IDIOTS....
I'm not sure it was possible to screw up my order any more than they did. Literally every item in my order was messed up it is so frustrating to work all day pick up food for the kids and myself after not eating all day drive home and your order is completely wrong. They won't even answer the phone I don't have time to turn around. My fries were cold you could tell they were bottom of the barrel...NOT HAPPY
They always have my Oreo milkshake!!!! Every other jack in the box especially the ones in the North Dallas , employees are too lazy to mess with the ice cream machine. So they always say the machine is broken, there's no milkshakes. They do that especially in the night time even if they stay Open 24 hrs. It's very annoying.
Never get your order correct food isnt fresh hard burger buns tacos are like cardboard fries are cold and old dont waste your money here
Food is good. Make sure you get all your food before you leave, just in case.
The person taking the orders was very fast and efficient but also very polite. The person at the window was also polite and I always appreciate that kind of service.
Thy gave us curly fries on an order w regular fries thy put onions on a a burgermy my son is allergic to onions
