System are down for 15minutes...Time:10:59pmThis is the 5th time at this location they made an excuse not to work. It's always at night. Last time they told me they they are only accepting uber eats pickup orders. It's a shame cause this the closest location to my house.Edit: To the "response from the owner" below. I did reach out to them last time and got a reply back from Katie Tunnell @Prime Foods Inc. They said they where sorry and would reach out to the Manager. It seems like nothing has changed...
Worst I have ever had.The sourdough Jack was under cooked to the point that it was very pink.They had no ice for the drinks.No curly fries.No bacon and cheeder cheese for the fries.Earlier when I went there system was down so I had to return later if I wanted Jack in the box..
There's 2 different kinds of patty melts here. Single patty 5$and double patty 8$ with combo. Which is crazy. Patty melts like Whataburger is always 2 patties. Jack in the box is not so good. Even with the sourdough bread. Sonic's patty melt is good . But if you really want a real patty melt just go to Whataburger
This is an American staple fast food restaurants that I would compare to a Charlies or Checkers. There food is made to order but doesn't usually take long at all. The location was very efficient and the staff was very nice. It's a clean establishment, I would visit here again.

Bad experience. They hire to many young adults that really don’t care about customer service. At this location they are always playing around to the point they forget to get a complete order out. I remember when jack in the box used to be a place you loved going to. Now days not so much. Today they forgot part of my order and had to tell one of the kids that it was my fault that I forgot to order so he wouldn’t be upset. Not going back to this location for sure. Worst thing of all is that this company don’t care either and would jot do anything about it. I’d rather go to another place.
This location used to be the best in the area, 6 months back. Recently it's been in shambles. Past 4 orders have been wrong in some way, and food is no longer as fresh as they once served. I've even seen the fry cooks arguing with manager while waiting for an order to be fixed. The one off Broadway and Garland Rd. is now the go to in the area.
Came to the drive through just before midnight and was told after a long wait that this location only serves through door dash and Uber eats which didn’t make sense. I was informed of this rather briskly and rudely. The worst part is I was trapped in the drive through while other people (presumably door dash drivers?) were served so I had to wait for them to get their food only not to be served myself. It’s a weird policy and even if this nonsensical policy is true, if you’re gonna trap people in your drive through and make them wait only not to serve them, you should definitely be at least a little apologetic
Really nice and hardworking staff. Food always hot and orders are almost always filled correctly. Even when busy, they still manage to get food out pretty quick.
They only get the order right about half the time, definitely wasnt right tonight. Yalls graveyard crew is also rude as hell most the time. Get better employees or train the ones you have better. This location is steadily getting worse and worse. Also was givin old food that looks like it's been sitting in the window for hours, after being told if I dont hurry up and order I wasnt gonna get any food cause yall were closing.
