They let my order get stolen. They didn't check if it was the correct costumer, and didn't help me afterwards. Terrible service.
I got shorted a spicy chicken sandwich! I understand shortages happening in the economy, but I shouldn’t get charged for something I did not get! I called 2 times after I realized what I was missing and no answer from the place. I would like to be contacted to discuss a reimbursement!!!!!!!!!
This man he don’t wear a name tag but he is always in the drive thru he is rude and angry I pray that people would stop going to this jack in the box my mother is 80 and she is very soft spoken he scream ? at her and I told him off please and they never give receipt

I could have sworn jack was closed for remodele Half the restaurant is closed off and dark from outside it looks abandoned. I feel they need and should remodel the jack in the box for future customers I'm sure there will always be plenty of customers So come on Jack make it's new Restaurant
We went through the drive through. The dining area is closed. The wait with 3 cars in front of us was very quick. The staff was friendly and the order was correct. The food was hot and fresh. The Spicy Cluck sandwich was what I ordered and it was VERY good.
