I have been here many times and at least 50% of the time, my experiences have not been that good and mostly revolve around unprofessional incidents. When I would come early in the morning before work, I would like to order ahead of time to pick up some pancakes, and that would usually go well, until one day, the cook started putting a heart on my pancakes and it gave me a weird vibe, so I stopped ordering those.Usually if I was stopping by after work, I would get a salad. However, one time they made my salad and when I showed up 10 mins late to pick it up, they had thrown it out cause "the lettuce had wilted", so they said they'd remake it and after waiting 20 mins, apparently they had forgotten to remake it, so I had to wait ANOTHER 20 mins for them to actually remake it. I was late home because of this. Finally, I guess one of the employees recognized me from when I came so often in the mornings to get my pancakes that the employee started approaching my car as they were pulling up for their shift one morning. I got creeped out so I peeled out of the parking lot. It was quite unprofessional.
My expectations for service has dropped so much doing the pandemic. I come to this IHOP frequently and it's a toss-up what I get. The young people are nice but I can see they have some staffing issues. No matter how much I call my order in there is 99% chance that I will have to wait 15 minutes or more to get my food. People will come in to dine in and be seated and I'm still standing there. I understand at this time it's hard to get good people and you may have to settle for mediocre or less. I have to choose sometime to eat at home rather than take the flip of coin.
I love the food. I think the chefs make this place. Servers are slow and quick to rush you out so don't get comfortable. I would definitely ask for everything when you order including sauces or syrups since they're so slow to return with it if you ask after you get your meal.
Haven’t been to Ihop in years. Visited this place at around 11pm, didn’t know they close at 11:30pm. The waiter Mallory, took us in fast and was polite and friendly, she was very attentive even though she was super busy and the only waiter available. Will come back again.
Place was not super busy, May be like 3 other tables. We were seated in a timely manner. But after that we where not even acknowledged. several servers and what looked to be the manager just glanced over but never approached out table. We got up and left at around 20minutes of being seated. Should have read other reviews, as this seems to be an ongoing problem.
Good food, they don't speak much Spanish, there are few staff but they keep the place clean, they take great care, I went at 3:00 pm and it was almost empty, but even so the workers give 100% of their effort
Had a great breakfast. Great service. This location tends to be less busy than the two nearby locations so it's a quieter dining experience.
We had really good food and our waitress got the meal to us quickly. I guess the cook was responsible for that as well. Good job.
Short on staff, but the (non waitress) lady that served us was awesome. She had a good personality, quick service, eager to help, and in my opinion she should definitely be a waitress! Would have given 5 stars, but the cook added onions to my ham n cheese omelet (when he re cooked it, it was very good), and due to the staff shortage it took a while to get our food. Would definitely visit this establishment again.
We have stopped in here a few times and the service is always great. The food is good and served hot, the coffee never stops and they keep it fairly clean. Compared to other locations they are on par with everything they provide in constancy of products on the menu. This place has never been super busy when we go so we have been fortunate not to wait. Overall, they do a great job at providing good hot food and without a huge wait on the kitchen. We will continue to stop in and enjoy food there for sure.
