very appetizing menu and great service
not happy with the service...would not recommend the Hooters in Garland..If I could walk out I would..would love to say more but im still here and they read what i want to write....
The food is the food. It's mostly good, when it comes out hot. The problem at this particular hooters that has plaqued it since the very beginning has been its terrible service. Instead of bad service being the outlier, it's the good service that will standout. I live further east and usually drive right past this location to go to the one in mesquite if I have time. It's a shame, cause the location is easy to access, and the location on the lake is nice, but for the kinds of prices they charge nowadays, showing me some tight shirts and skimpy bottoms doesn't make up for 100 dollars worth of cold food or empty glasses for extended periods of time.
The location is great, the staff are kind and respectful, the food is fresh and the experience was all around great.. but, since it is the only hooters close by it is mostly packed and the wait times are ridiculously long. My advice to either expand the location and hire more staff or put up another location on the other side of the lake.
The food just isn't good. Quality chicken wings and cold beer is all we ask of hooters not much else. Wings are so tiny . Hot sauce just isn't hot... even if you change the name doesn't make the sauce better. I can eat the three mile island sauce and I barely use black pepper because i think it gets too hot. Quality is lost here. Disappointing
Service is slow, draft beer extremely expensive around $6.50 for a short and $ 9.75 Tall. I say around cause I don’t check-out receipts but one day I did and it was a surprise!! Others bars like; On the border or Chilli’S sales 50% lesser. Food is good and the gathering is friendly, waiters are classy!!
Ordered online - If you do on a busy night, be ready to scavenger hunt for your bag of food up front. The hostess knew I was standing right in front of her waiting for my food and knew the name on my order but just let my food just sit there getting cold. Could do better, in my opinion.Food was good though. It is better to dine in at this location.
I absolutely love this store and Lauren and marlet. they are the best bartenders and the store is almost as beautiful as them!
We had the worst service ever, normally it's great, but the waitress decided it was more important to flirt with the managers or whomever wears the black shirts..I asked for a menu and got told it's digital, well neither my husband nor I had it phones.. She seemed put out to get us 1 menu! I'm not going to blast her on here by name but she should remember us.. So remember to take your phones or get told it's digital, some ppl are ok with this but I don't know how to do all those things..
Had a great time with friends. Ladies were both beautiful and attentive. Food was alright nothing special but being with friends definitely makes the experience better ??
