Awful Chicken! If you have had Henderson chicken before you are familiar with the taste and sides that you get. I drove here for the first time and the chicken was gross, no pickles or jalapenos. The fries were cold and the chicken was raw. I could of done better at home. Will not come back to this location again. Waist of gas, and money !
Love, love, love!! When other fried chicken places seem to be serving pigeons because the pieces are so small, Henderson's pieces are still large. The food is really good and, at least at the Garland store, the employees are friendly. The prices are excellent. They have quite a few different sides available. I love their fries, but my husband always gets freshly-fried okra, which is also very good.When i have the time, i get livers. They are made to order so take a little longer.

The chicken is not Henderson chicken recipe. This is a franchise store that is not adhering to the company recipe. If you are rating this place over at one star then you don't know what Henderson chicken truly is.
Always made to order... excellent customer service since management changed a couple of yrs ago.
Gave 3 stars because the place was clean, the people were friendly at the counter. The chicken was not what I used to get on Hall St or late night Gaston run. There was hardly and crust in it and the fries were limp and soggy. That's too bad because I was really wanting a Henderson Chicken that made me smile when opened the bag. Hello Church's again. Sorry to cheat on you.
I've been coming here for years, as of about a year ago the service got way better. The people are friendly and the food is good. Whether your there for a basket of chicken or a meal for the family it will taste good.
