Went to Griff’s today and ordered two #1’s and a #2 with onion rings. The meat on the burgers was over cooked, the edges burnt, and here are my onion rings. All stuck together and not fully cooked. The person taking my order could not get it right (and it was a simple order) and the chick at the window basically threw the food at me. Seems like a bunch of kids working today and the food was terrible. It’s normally great. I love Griff’s. Today, not so much. Very disappointed… and still hungry.
The burger was fantastic in my book, the ONLY reason I didn't give'm 5 stars is my onion rings were a little on the burned side.
Perfection! The double hamburger combo is the best in town. I sub the onion rings and they are top notch.
Griff's is my absolute favorite place to get a burger and fries. I actually prefer it over the fancy gourmet places. It's really just that good. And it's not too expensive either. Service at this location is also good. I didn't even realize there was a store in Garland until I drove by it randomly one day. Highly recommended!
Pretty good food. Chicken strips for our grandbaby were on the spicy side, so she would not eat.Staff was very friendly
Worst ever, cooks can't count. One patty, two patties or three patties. One apple pie or four apple pies. They said bring it back and the would fix it, really? Who goes back? $30+ and they won't just refund the difference between what I got vs what I paid for. Never going back. Maybe they should learn English. They are brain dead.
Great diner style burgers. Could do a little work on making sure customer rcieves them hot instead of warm. Positive employees.
Great Food at a very reasonable price. Staff was extremely courteous and attentive to our needs while dining inside. A return visit is definitely in my family's future.
Very dry burger! Unsure what happened it’s a Saturday night. I live 3 min away. When I arrive home my burger was very dry and not hottt. Fries was okay! Please do better preparing fresh burgers and fries?
I stopped by Griff's to pick up a few of their apple pies, because, my wife raves about them. Well, I was not disappointed! Those pies are phenomenal, with a crispy, flaky crust and just the right amount of sweetness, and, the filling is perfection! They are a must try!
