I had ordered a huge family meal. As well sweet tea. We didn’t get any sauces for the fries.I tried calling.. no answer of course. The tea was unsweetened and I went all the way back to the drive thru in the rain.The same lady tried giving me a large tea? Then another rude a—s lady shakes it up in front of me where it was spilling. Rude and definitely unprofessional at best. I can’t say enough about how wrong I was treated. Of course the next gallon was nasty. I’m never going back. Ridiculous how people treat others.

This Golden chick by far the worst I have ever went to. We ordered a Nashville chicken sandwich and a Golden roast chicken. I understand that the sandwiches take time but to wait for 45 minutes for my food was unacceptable. By the time I received my food my lunch was over . I wasn’t the only customer that had a long wait time. Lisa (employee) didn’t remember our order that’s how long the wait was , she needed to see my receipt and still gave me the wrong order. I am aware the work field is short staffed but to be rude and unprofessional at work says a lot about her. If I could give ZERO stars I promise I would.

I love golden chick. But sadly, the people the works in this location lacks customer service. I waited more than supposed to (I had to park in the front) and I waited like 6 mins, so I went inside and ask how much longer for my food and a guy saw me and prefer to ignored me, then I ask to another person if my food was almost ready he also ignored me. So, I went back to my car to grabbed the drink they gave me and told them “I want my money back, it is rude to ask question and you guys ignore me” I would not have mind to have waited a little bit more but really Am I not a person?I am not planning on coming back to this location. Really sucks!!!

Terrible service. Ordered online. Show up to pick up my order, and the door is locked. Get in the curbside pickup spot, and call. Nobody answers. Have to go through the drive-thru, which was 10 cars deep. Finally get to the window, get my order that's been sitting for who knows how long, and it was missing 2 items.

I waited in the drive through line for 35 minutes from the beginning to the time I drove away with my food!! After 15 minutes it had turned into a stand off to see how long it was going to take. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! 35 minutes! ? This place has always been slow but never this long! ? The last time, before this, I placed an order for curbside pick up thinking it would be faster than waiting in line plus I didn’t want to get out of the truck. When I got there and parked in their designated “curbside pick up” area the sign said to call the number if they hadn’t brought it out in two minutes. So 5 minutes later I called and said I was waiting for my order. They told me they were too busy to bring it out and I’d have to come inside to get it. I was furious!! I told the manager if I had wanted to come inside I wouldn’t have ordered it for CURBSIDE PICK UP!! And told him if they’re not going to have it to take the option off their D-MN website!!! ??

Just went through the drive thru here. I waited tor 5-10 minutes had to say hello several times before someone finally responded and he said “HELLO” back in an extremely rude way. The guy was just rude throughout including while I was paying and getting my food. Practically threw my drink and food at me. Highly recommend getting another person to work the drive thru because he has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I won’t be coming back here.

Guy had a bad attitude in the drive thru. That container of mashed potatoes is supposed to be family sized and it's half filled. Y'all charge like $5 for this. The scant dusting on the chicken is supposed to be their spicy chicken. Never again. Don't bother coming here. Money is better spent elsewhere.

The worst service I have ever had. Rude workers and takes too long for an order. Never come back again.

I got a hankering for chicken. What cha going to do? Everything was great but if I were going to give feedback to Golden Chick it would be this. The 25 piece family chicken dinner comes with extremely disproportionate sized sides. Example: the small tub of mash potatoes might be okay for 2-3 people as a sample but not six. The chicken was excellent and the, I kid you not, teaspoon of mashed potatoes was okay too. You can't hear it but I'm actually laughing as I type this experience in as one lifes moments.

I ordered two 4 pc spicy tender meals one with zing sauce and sweet tea and the other mt dew and bbq and honey mustard. With 3 extra zing sauces. Took me repeating myself 3-4 times about the difference of the 2 meals. Man was very short with me. He informed me he’d have to charge for extra sauces. I received food and saw 3 zing sauces and 2 bbq’s in bag. I told him I was missing honey mustard and he replies “No it’s in there.” I showed and counted each sauce to him in which he replies “well I didn’t charge you for the honey mustard.” He then rings me up a 2nd time for 1 sauce. So I am charged tax twice because he didn’t ring my order up correctly, that I repeated multiple times in order for him to understand. I also realized there was no sauce in boxes, which there should be. As everyone knows and as the receipt states. So I should have 4 zing sauces total, 1 honey mustard, and 1 bbq. I was overcharged. If I only received 3, I should only be charged for 2. Sweet tea was not sweet. Chicken was not well spiced. Disappointed. Will not be returning to this location.
