This is the worst golden chick they have a whole new group of people and they are srroy lazy and want to charge you for wing zing sauce even when you get the wings they want to even charge you for honey it's a young India guy he is very incompetent and everyone stay clear of this place
Customer service was good. They did replace my old chicken at least I thought. It looked like the just gave me the old chicken dip back in the grease and gave it to me in a new bag but not a new box. I couldn't even eat I just threw it in the trash and went to KFC.
Friendly staff, fair pricing, decent food. Clean facility but needs updating in facility. Styrofoam plates are a huge definite minus. Not environmentally friendly or safe to use.
I literally eat at golden chick all the time when i say the prices have went up. No sauce or seasoning comes with the chicken anymore. I ordered wings, the cashier told me i have to pay for the ranch and pay to get the seasoning packs. After i just paid for whole meal. That's the last time i will come here. 20 for 9 wing combo with poppers oh no.
Got my order wrong and the lady wanted me to go around since they have the food ready of the one behind me (he wasn't even finished ordering), I went to the window the second time her being really rude telling what was the issue and then told me to pull over again (she literally told every single car to pull over, and I'm for sure that she told them the same thing as she told me) at the end they somewhat got my order right except that they miss the salad, plus there bread was burn and didn't had the same texture looking as before... my son was disappointed about the bread he loves Golden Chick's bread.
Good chicken ,great fish ,good okra and sides just prices a little high but worth love the season they use
The food was great and it was hot however there weren't any napkins nor any to go utensils in the bag.
Nice location. Food was fresh and hot. Employees were nice and kind. Fulfilled my special request. I will be back
Check Your Bags‼️I had a whole conversation about mash potatoes with the cashier. How I really need something quickly that was soft for my son after his dental surgery.She didn’t even put the containers of mash potatoes that I paid for in the bag.Not a single one! I shouldn’t have ordered lunch for myself & daughter otherwise I would have definitely noticed empty bags??♀️
The worst GC around ! The Hispanic guy the works the counter is rude and never gets the orders right!! I’ve called several times and no one picks up the phone !!! Worst location ever
