The customer service here is absolute GARBAGE!! It hurts to say this as the food is really good, but the people in charge have no manners and are so stingy and greedy. After placing large orders they only want to give you one small container of hot sauce. After kindly asking for more they always make a big deal out of it saying no that they can’t. Like hello, 1 hot sauce will not be enough for this large order and you have plenty in the back. They also start talking amongst each other in their language after you confront them about it, which I assume are not kind words about your small request. Terrible.. kindness goes a long way which they know nothing of, they are RUDE!
I came here for lunch because the restaurant I originally wanted to dine at across the street was closed due to Covid. I never go to any First Chinese BBQ expecting great service, but after me and my friend were done with our meal and we had finished paying, the waitress didn't think our tip was enough and asked for more. When we refused, she told us that we could serve ourselves and buss our own table next time... as if there was going to be a next time. WORST. LOCATION. EVER.
Today, I came by to buy roast pork, the man gave me the piece without the skin, can you all believe who buy roast pork without the skin, and when I ask for the piece with the skin, he just cut a piece of skin and put on top of that . Today is still New Year so I don’t want to be mean and not buying it. So I just take it but then going give it to my dogs then.
I asked for 2 lbs roasted port. An old men cut it to 3lbs and then just asked me to pay 3 lbs and don’t even ask if I would like to get that 3 lbs. At least say “Thank you” after customer pay but NO, VERY RUDE AND MEAN
They served me food cold out of the fridge, wasn't fresh, steamed rice seemed to be like leftovers. Waitress demanded more money in tip... overall this place is terrible. Would not recommend

I had a very large takeout order consisting of pounds of duck, roast pork and char siu. With such a large order, I am used to receiving some type of thank you gift. However, it took a bit of haggling for them to finally give us some chicken feet on the house. This experience showed me why other reviewers have disliked the customer service. Regardless, the quality of the meats was delicious.
I discovered this place about a week ago and I find myself craving the fried rice here. I consider myself a fried rice connoisseur and this place had the most authentic flavors I had ever had. the cooked Peking duck on display by the register was also calling my name. I will be coming back hungry for more.
Never buy food this restaurant anymore. I never trust Chinese but thought they live in the USA so they could better. I picked a roast pork rib with big skin pieces and waited for them to chop off, but I didn't pay attention they cut. I moved away for another customer was coming and then they said done to cut it. How could that quickly to cut 3 lbs of ribs. I brought it home but there were only 2 small pieces of skin and no ribs bones, just were some meats and fats. They cheated and traced with the box they were ready for with junk pork. Especially in this box had a pieces of bone looked like someone ate already. Scared me to death. Don't buy here anymore if you don't want to eat left over food from other people
