Super disappointed in this location. Slow and apparently reading isn't required in their job description. Brought my food home to find my sandwich order incorrect. Clearly ordered mushrooms and got jalapeños?!! Ruined the whole sandwich, couldn't even eat it because there were so many seeds still left. This isn't this first time I've run into this kind of issue here either.
Tonight I thought the whole family could try something new. Well, We placed an online order and did a pickup.We were not disappointed at all. Everything was so good. We will definitely be ordering for here more often. Thanks to the entire Team at this establishment. Very Well Done all. We forgot to take pics, maybe next time, If I can hold back long enough.
I stopped by for lunch. Firehouse was started by firefighters as you learn very quickly from the walls and photos. When you walk in the staff all greet you from behind the counter. Every sandwich I have ever had at Firehouse was delicious. This time I tried the Turkey Bacon Ranch and it was no disappointment. Try any sandwich and you'll be happy. Thanks again Firehouse, love the greetings!
The 12 wheat spice and sweet meatball was very good but not worth the 13 dollars I was charged for it... I will not go back to a firehouse sub again !!!!!!
I've never had a sandwich I didn't like from Firehouse. They make you warm and toasty on a cold day. Just what I needed.
Food was good as always with fast service. However one of the workers wanted to change things on how i was ordering it and wanted to give me less meat than what i wanted and confused the lady taking my order yet he was making sandwiches. If your job for the day is making sandwiches make them dont interrupt someone placing an order when you dont know or want to listen to how the customer wants their sandwich. Now if your job for the day is to take orders again listen and place order how the customer wants it cause they may order it that way for a reason you dont know. That is why this dsy they get less stars than normal but one of the other sandwich makers caught that my sub was less meat and fixed it when it was left in steamer.
Clean. Friendly staff. Great subs.95% of the time my order's right.
Sub was so delicious, but I don't understand why they put so much mayonnaise in it. It was my first time there. It was an ok experience.
As always a great sandwich. I had the small one, I don't eat much for lunch, yeah still hungry when I was finished.
Tried the cuban BBQ, it's was ok. Love this place though always quick and tasty.
