i always like to get the kiwi basil fruit tea and the staff is always nice, my drinks come out greati have always loved their drink and this is the closest good boba place near me, they even remember that i like my drink light ice and less sweet!EDIT: Just found out they take tips from their employees. Please hand it to the staff themselves. They threaten their staff to lie to customers that they do get tip but they don't. Such a shame a good place with good staff is ruined by such horrible owners.
The staff is very friendly, they blend there teas very well. Not bad priced. The place is very clean . The wait time isn’t too bad. Only small issue they do play there music a little too loud.Just release moved to this area , I was just very happy to know that I now live by a Feng Cha tea place. My sister introduced me to there kind of tea about a year ago. My sister live by one in her area.
My wife got a beverage from here. She stated, "these drinks are extremely good." This location is kept extremely clean. For those with aspergers or autism I'd recommend not going here. The noise level was a bit loud for me and started causing me to panic a bit. For everyone else, this location is perfect for getting to know someone, hanging out, or just enjoying the atmosphere.
Went here with my boyfriend on Easter Day for a bit. The experience here was lovely. We got the sea salt pearl cake and it was wonderful. Wasn't too sweet or salty but had the perfect balance. The lady who got our order was really sweet and friendly with us. I would definitely recommend going here!
I went here for Easter. After eating sea salt pearl cake, I HAD to give another dessert a try, and I got the Tiramisu Treasure. I gotta say the cake was delicious! Had a great experience. Will go here again :)
My favorite bubble tea in Garland. I ordered mango slush with crystal pearl added in. Perfect combination.
Workers are always efficient, nice, and friendly, but unfortunately I have come to know that the workers do NOT receive the tips they make. The owner takes them.It is unethical on both the side of the employees, who work hard to provide good customer service and deserve the tips they make, and the customers, who believe they are rewarding their boba baristas, for the owner to keep the tips for themselves.Especially considering that the workers seem to be high school children, it is ridiculous and unjust that their well-deserved tips do not go directly to be split amongst the WORKERS.This place is great! but if you go, make sure to hand your tips directly to the hard working staff that deserve them rather than using the credit card screen that empties your wallet right into the pockets of the owners sitting at home.
Usually the service and drinks are great. But I remember on March 26th, my order took way longer than usual because one of the bosses was yelling and criticizing the employees. This boss seemed to be a young Vietnamese woman. When I came into the shop, the employees already looked distressed because the shop was busy. Rather than stressing out their employees and holding up the orders, this boss in particular should have been helping with the orders. If the employees did anything wrong, this boss should've waited to criticize them in private rather than embarrass them in front of customers. It's common courtesy. That was the last time I went to Feng Cha as I was disappointed with how their business is run.

Met friends here. Nice place and fun tea options. Staff is friendly and efficient. Teas can be ordered hot or cold. This trip I ordered a chrythsamum ginger honey hot tea, it was very good. I would not have gone to this restaurant if it had not been suggested by a friend for our meeting place. Very glad we went. We have met here twice and will continue to use this as our gathering place.
