An amazing experience! It’s not common for the owner to curate your meal but Ernesto went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this dinning experience to anyone open to a gourmet evening.
Good food. We were surprised to se several authentic Mexican food items on the menu. We had brisket flautas. Was missing the guacamole sauce but over all, taste was good. Rice and beans were also good.Restaurant is clean and staff was really attentive. Nice to see. Will be back.
Ordered from Grubhub, the enchiladas and tacos are great. Chips and salsa are average but I'm glad they don't salt them down like other restaurants. I will become a repeat customer.

Our family really enjoyed eating at Ernesto's Restaurant Friday evening. Ernesto's is Tex-Mex style and is nestled in a strip center in Garland, TX and is really a very good sized restaurant with plenty of customers. Our chimichanga dinners were very well cooked and delicious and we're good portioned for $12.99. The sweet tea was perfect and was $2.50. Their chips and salsa were very fresh. We also had a large queso dip with our chips which was $7.50. They were very well staffed and we wanted for nothing. The staff was one of the best parts of our experience as they were very friendly and checked on us frequently. Everyone genuinely seemed to care about our experience. We would definitely recommend trying out Ernesto's and cannot wait to return sometime soon!

We have been eating at Ernesto's since it opened. The food is delicious and generous portions. Our favorite flan in DFW. I love everything on the menu but can't chicken mole and any of the enchiladas are amoung favorites.
The menudo is soooooo so goood….and the ledge flan…perfect…you must visit this place several times….
