I’ve never had a problem with them before. Today my order was missing an entree and a sauce for my Stromboli. I called and told them I just wanted the missing entree refunded. My stepdad realized he didn’t get his sauce so he went back. No apologies or anything to make up for all their issues. They didn’t even offer a larger sauce or anything free AND they said they couldn’t issue me a refund!!! Ugh!!! I now have an unwanted credit there and who knows when I’ll go back.**I called to order the food I didn’t get and the order was very good and the rolls were warm, thanks for the service!**
Hadn't been there and years and doubt if I ever go back. The waitress act as if we were a burden to her , to me that is very rude. So you can imagine the rest of the service and the food is good but not spectacular to go back for bad service. I use to even tip for bad service and just say maybe the person is having a bad day, received some bad news, etc. but realized that by tipping I might be condoning the behavior.
BRING YOUR OWN WINE - say no more fam! The food is absolutely amazing, we have probably had almost everything on the menu. The salads are great for group appetizers and the pasta dishes are perfection. We have dined in and ordered delivery numerous times with no complaints. Their pizza is even good. Highly recommend this neighborhood favorite!
This was my first time ordering from Eddie's Napoli's. I walked in, staff seemed to be on target, tables clean, and customers spread out. I ordered online I thought, but apparently failed at me effort - so I ordered when I got there. This said, they were still very timely in giving me the food. I do not think I waited but 15 mins.The Food.I ordered the Fried Calamari, side salad with Ranch and Chicken Carciofi. The calamari - AMAZING! Perfectly cooked and still hot when I brought it home. It hit the spot! The salad was unexciting HA but okay. I just wish they had Blue Cheese dressing as an option maybe a few veggies like carrots or something. The Chicken Carciofi was WOW! My only feedback was that I think it would be better if the chicken had a little brown on it. It was just very white but still tasty and the sauce FANASTIC!Overall, I am excited to try more dishes as I will definitely be returning!!!
I asked for balsamic vinegar and olive oil like I always do. The new server gavee RED vinegar. When I clarified - she confirmed it was balsamic. Just asking...
I've been coming here with my fiancee even before I moved back to Dallas in 2017.We ordered mushrooms for the appetizer.He ordered Eddie's Seafood Platter and I ordered the Lobster Ravioli tonight it was very salty which was very unacceptable.I have to go pick something else up to eat.Thanks for the experience want be back.This our place.
So we came here because the food went taken out has been pretty good but this experience was absolutely terrible. We sat down and it took almost 20 minutes for the waitress to come and take our drink order and they weren't even busy. But she was too busy trying to have fun at a birthday party that was in the back.After she took our drink and appetizer order she left and came back agonist 20 minutes late to take our dinner order.Once we got our drinks we realized that she brought us the wrong drinks and we never even got our appetizer.Our main food came out and I figured I'd make it easy and ordered pizza while my family ordered meals. They got their food and as they were finishing eating, she tried to bring me my pizza.So basically we get the wrong drinks, we don't get our appetizers and then I don't get my pizza until after everyone is done eating.This place has gone way down hill and I definitely don't recommend eating here.
Food was great. The waitress didn’t bring our correct change back from bill. She said they had no change in cash register. After speaking to her she was able to return almost our correct due amount back to us. Needs to be trained. Guess she was going to keep the money for herself.
Huge cheese slice for $3. 50 cents for eavh topping after that. Been eating this 20+ yrs and never unsatisfied
Nov 14 3:00 pm. Food over cooked waitress was rude from the start its true what they say, this place favors a certain kind of customers. If there was an option for zero stars I would give it negative stars. They burned the roll for a meatball sub.
