One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in DFW area. The food was really authentic and the staffs were attentive. I strongly recommend checking out this place.
Since I was craving for “banh canh cua” aka Vietnamese crab noodle soup and many people recommend this place for it, so I decided to try it out.Sadly they don’t have “banh canh cua” in their menu anymore, but “banh canh do bien” instead.The soup was good, especially with breadsticks (gio chao quay). The noodles were hard and not chewy at all so I was disappointed. There were only 2-3 small shrimps, couple small pieces of squid and fish balls. I personally think that the dish is not worth the price.
On the plus side, lots of Vietnamese people there so the restaurant is both authentic and happy. Also, our service was good.
Food is great. Has many menu items. The one thing I don't see at any other restaurant is the green mango salad. I've only found it at one other restaurant near Chico. After you mix the sauce that they give you on the side with it its amazing. The green leaves they mix in it make the dish even better. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have an area for large parties.
1st time here last night. Food was great! Service was okay tho. Maybe because the place was so packed.Edit: come back for the 3rd time. The place is cleaner and brighter than before. Food is always great and the price is on point!
Best Vietnamese family style dishes to bring your friends and family to if you are visiting from out of town or need a spot to go to. I am in love with the crispy chicken with rice. I order it to-go for work and it’s always the best. I love the yellow mung bean drink and delicious desserts they offer. They always satisfy me. It’s super convenient to surrounding Vietnamese grocery stores & restaurants!
We were here for lunch. We tried the ca nuong da gion and a bunch other stuff. One member of our party has allergies and food tolerance so we specifically asked them to be extra careful, but my friend still had severe stomach pain shortly after eating here. The food was good, but the experience wasn't great.
Great food! The price is always right. I get the crispy intestines, crawfish fried rice, and beef 3 way (spring roll diy). The 7 course beef is great for 4-6 ppl. Fast service! They check on you and make sure you have everything you need w/o being intrusive.
Really friendly staff, fast service, and great food. Always make time to go here when passing through the Garland area.
Great food, great service. I'm a big, white, scary rock and roll dirtbag and am always treated very well. Every dish tried in multiple visits has been wonderful.
