Manager Megan has the worst customer service ever. I ordered pizza and it was delivered to the neighbors. I called to fix it and they didn’t say sorry just said “do you still want it” she was rude on the phone so I decided to just cancel so then she said I get 4 free pizzas in the future. Usually dominoes is great customer service but now with Megan as the manager. Worst experience and I won’t be back
This dominoes location is the absolute worst we have ever used. We have given them chances to improve but tonight was the last straw. Ordered online for a delivery (usually they dont even have enough drivers to do that, but it was an option so we thought we would try again). The arrival time was estimated at around 40 minutes. At about 40 minutes the tracker finally went to "quality check" then it sat there for 20 more minutes. So we finally called the store and were told that no more deliveries would be going out for another hour to an hour and a half!!! What a joke! Do not use this location unless you enjoy waiting and possibly never getting your food.
Ordered a pizza at 6:15, never got my pizza, I call the store and they told me the driver call me cause she was lost when I never received a call. Worst service ever !!! Don’t order from this store !!!
My order was marked as delivered twice but I never received it. Had to call the store to see why my order was not delivered to my address, manager made my order for a second time. Then the second time the driver again came in my area an did not deliver but marked as delivered. Will not use this Dominos again.
THIS PLACE IS SO BAD ANYTHING YOU WANT TO I ORDER PIZZA FOR DELIVERY I WAIT ALMOST 1HR AND THAY CALL US THY SAY WE ARE SO BUSSY WE NEED 1 HR MORE TO MAKE DELIVERY AND THY CHARGE ME $3 FOR DELIVERY NO MORE THIS STORE I DONE WITH THIS STORE SO SO SO SO BAD PLACE
I ordered a large pizza and cheese stuffed bread at 5:37. I called at 7:08 and they said it was on the way. It was delivered cold at 8:00!! I have never had such bad service from Domino’s. To top it off I didn’t even get any “frees”!! I’m sorry. But this is terrible. Especially since I have an extra tip!! I will never order from here again!!
By far the worst service ever. Dont waste your time. Waited 2 hours to get nothing . I will never order dominos again.
I ordered online for curbside pickup. They never came out to give me my food even though I did as instructed. I had to go in to get my food. When I got home, they has not put my icing in the box for my cinnamon twists. I did not feel like driving back to the store that night. I called them and they told me to come back. I told them I couldn't that night. I put them in the refrigerator because to me, they are no good without the icing. The next day, I asked them could I return the ones I had not touched for fresh ones since I has to drive to them again. They said no, because they gave me credit for the icing. Credit? I paid for the icing. No more Dominos for me.
Ordered a free pizza, only paid for delivery fee and tip, store said it did based off tracker. Paid 6$ for for no pizza. No refund.
They changed the sizes of the pizza boxes. The small boxes is now a medium pizza and the medium boxes are Large pizza
