It's been a LOOOONG time since I've ordered from Dominos. Last night I was reminded why that is. Guess I should have read the reviews first. The delivery was quick & I appreciate that, the pizza was absolutely horrid. No one liked it. I never call & complain about food out of fear of retaliation (not saying they would, saying it's my fear ... Blame the internet for that).
It’s crazy how I ordered my food online and still have to wait 2 hours ?to get it ????Also why they never answer the phone like if there not even busy. I didn’t like the pizza at all it was cold never again order from this store they don’t care to work or make your order hot and ready
Kelsey was amazing handling the orders and getting deliveries out!! It was horrible weather, roads iced up and the delivery guy ROBERT was on time, so nice, and Pizza hot and fresh!! Very ? pleased
So this has to be the worst dominoes location ever. We used to live this place and then they just stopped caring.I watched an employee run around and she did just about every job there and the whole time she never wanted her hands 1 time. She touched the computer, she touched her phone, she grabbed a mop and mopped up a mess and yet never washed her hands. Then of course she made pizza, boxed to the food and brought it out.On her way out she accidentally dropped half my food and instead of remaking it all, she had me wait while she remade that. So when I got home my food was cold. And the aid she remade was raw and doughy.Absolutely terrible service and terrible hygiene
Got all the way home with a pizza that wasn’t mine. Wait… it was mine they just didn’t make it right. How? If the order is on the screen. And apparently there wasn’t a quality check..
They are a good group of staff. It is hard when you have 10-15 orders all coming in at the same time to get them out within 30 mins. You have to remember that there were people before you and there will be people after you. I want to thank them. I have ordered from this Dominos for 4 years. Even when we had to wait we still got hot pizza.
I don’t know what happened to this pizza. Also, had adequate staff about 4-5 people but they were all playing on their phones and talking. No one acknowledged any of the customers at all for over 10 min. Took over 10 min to pick up an order that was “ready” (it was not). I picked up because last time I got delivery my food sat in the warmer for 35 min, before changing to out for delivery and only the pizza survived everything else was hard as a a rock from being over warmed. First 4 orders from this location were amazing the last 2 orders have made me question if I’m switching to Pizza Hut. At least when there is a problem at the Hut the manager calls you (weird but you know they care at least). I’m not sure why Dominoes bothers asking for feedback nothing has changed and they never address customer concerns. Seriously what happened to this pizza? How does it even come out of the oven and get boxed up like that?
The pizza wasn’t bad at all but the service is horrible. I was told I needed a mask to come in , after producing a facial cover I was then offered a mask with an attitude. I had not came in disrespectful or loud I just wanted my pizza why did the lady have to roll her eyes and make faces at me ? She is not the first 30 yrd old to have a bad day at work maybe it would be nice it she tries to be more hospitable. Intolerable and Undeserved.
Last time this Dominos gets my service. Ordered online, walk in to get my pizza and get rudely told that I need a mask in order to get my food..that I paid for. I have been to this Dominos so many times and I have NEVER been told I needed a mask yet alone with SO MUCH attitude. I went to my car to look for a mask and of course I didn’t have one, come inside and again get told I need a mask, they wouldn’t let me get my order unless I got one of their masks from the front..so you want to be mask nazis and waste a mask just for the quick 10 seconds I am in there? Never again, also maybe hire some people with good customer service.
Ordered our pizza and after an hour they were still being prepped called them and was on hold never spoke to anyone for 30 minutes, drove up there and the restaurant is swamped with people, after the workers are ignoring the lobby full of people trying to get orders done one person finally comes up to the register and when I ask him to stop our deliver because it hadn’t been finished yet he gives me my order, I asked him to refund me the tip and the deliver fee and he told me he couldn't do that without a whole other process, instead told me to take a two liter this is the second time I’ve been told I wasn’t allowed a refund. Will not be ordering from this location again.
