Hi, I ordered two medium pizzas for pickup today. I ordered my pizzas at around 4:00 p.m. to avoid the dinner rush. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas both of them where overcooked and the boxes were greasy. I asked the manager what he could do to correct the issue and they offered to make me two more pizzas. I declined and just took the pizzas as I did not have time to press the issue. After getting home both pizza were overcooked the crust was hard and was only able to eat a few slices. This is the second time this has happened to me. Come on Domino's how hard is it to make two medium pizzas? Please make an effort to cook the pizzas at a proper temperature and check them before giving them to the customers. I will be looking to order pizza from some another business from now on... Just remember Domino's "You're not reinventing the wheel" you're just cooking a Pizza ?
The pizza it's great we like it its the way it should be, never had any problems they're very fast too we order delivery and we can track our pizza since the time we place the order until it arrives.
We go to Dominoes on occasion. The best way to get your pizza is to just go in and order. Online takes too long to go thru the process and forget about calling they simply don't answer the phone or they do and immediately place you on hold and never come back. If I'm desperate (my husband wants Dominoes) I'll go in and order. Forget about delivery it takes an hour. But like I said if I'm desperate I'll order a Dominoes take out. Everything is always very good. And the manager was so kind to me the last time I came in. Keep up the good work, these are some trying times.
Store hours 10 am to 12 am and we show up at 1130 pm on a Monday night to get some bread sticks and the store is closed. We talked to an employee and said that the store hours are until 1130 and wouldn't make our order of breadsticks that we placed online 15 min before arriving. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED where is Domino's to make sure store closes at store hours. Or at least update your store hours so people don't waste their time ordering and driving to the location.
Their communication SUCKS!!!I traveled to them during bad weather, on Wednesday, 2/2/2022, around 10'ish p.m., only to find them Closed. I was still on hold with their machine that was promising someone to come on to assist me soon. Their web said open. They did the same thing on last night, Friday, 2/4/2022, around 9 p.m. The web said 1:00a.m., and I held for over 20 minutes.When I spoke with TREY (a said manager), he Immediately said that he couldn't do anything about that.THOUGH ROWLETT WAS CLOSED EARLY TOO, THEY ANSWERED AND INFORMED US ON BOTH NIGHTS.
5 stars last night for ONLY MY DELIVERY DRIVER , he was friendly , on time , helpful and absolutely the best !!! He needs a raise and to take over management THE FOOD WAS AWFUL !!! MY son who is 9 and my grandbaby who is 6 WOULD NOT EVEN EAT IT ... 4 PIZZAS AND $45 WASTED ... WHAT KID refuses to eat pizza ...then I tried it ... Gross !! We always ate Dominos in Carrollton
Terrible. They messed up our order and took WAY past the promised time to get it right. Plus, none of the employees were wearing masks nor were the customers. Never again! Go to the one on Plano. They have their stuff together!
Ordered a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and stuffed cheese bread. We waited for 1.5 hours for it to be delivered cold! It was not warm, but cold. We had to nuke it in the microwave to reheat it right out of the box. Considered going to little Cesar's and throwing this in the trash. It is not good pizza and they certainly don't care to get it to your door hot! For anyone new in this part of town, I promise you Little Cesar's is the best in this area over the 3 big pizza names. Little Cesar's is always fresh and always tasty. Don't waste your money at Domino's for sure.
Close the store at this point. 4 hour wait times, no online ordering available, doesn’t pickup the phone. Wonder if Dominoes corporate does any inspections cus they are better off closing this location.
I ordered on 12/04/21. I placed order at 5:32pm, and I got it at 7:25pm. The boxes terrible. ( boxes damaged, damp, pizza cold. I will never order again from this location.
