my husband and I ordered soup and salad. we sat a long time waiting. people after us got their food. waitress was chit chatting with a man customer. Didn't check on us. finally I went to the hostess and inquired where are food was. she just said oh I'm sorry kitchen is doing maintenance. I asked her why didn't you just tell us.. and everyone else is getting big meals, we just got soup and salad? she just shrugged her shoulders. no apologies. we walked out and will never go back. this is the Denny's on Broadway in Garland

I’m very desappointed with the managementI had breakfast with my husband.Our food was cold the coffee warm.I call the manager and he seem he was a sleep, or he didn’t care.I ate my food because my husband doesn’t like complaint. He just don’t go back to that restaurant.I will call the corporate as well.BAD MANAGEMENT. Please take a note who ever is in charge. I will give cero stars. But to write my review I had to touch one. I want to be clear on this my husband and I work so hard and this is the only day we enjoyed together. That’s why I ate the nesty cold food.?? .
The food was delicious & the portion size was large. The waitress was very accommodating. Will go there again.
Haven’t been at the this location for awhile. Really wanted a great breakfast with my daughters. Waiting for a good 45 minutes do get our food. They would have forgotten about us if I wouldn’t have approached them about our food. Not even a damn courtesy of getting a refill of coffee. Smh..
I'm disappointed with the management; I had breakfast with my friend telling her the place was good service Bla blah blah.. Our food was cold, the coffee warm, the waitress tried hard keeping services more he/she should have... I asked for water, trust me, I was thirsty, but never got the water... We waited for 5 mins, and We left...Bad management, cold Food... Bad service..Too many people at the register.... Doing nothingPlease take a note Manager or who is in chargeSomeone who asks for coffee always goes with a glass of water. Thank you
I love the healthy breakfast choices, the multi- grain pancakes are awesome. I also returned another day and had an ultimate omelette. If you want a fulfilling breakfast or dinner, Denny's is the place for you.
Went here last night after church service. The waitress gave all 6 of us the wrong food and tried to switch it over between us after it had been transferred to different people and breathed on by all (Mind you were in a Pandemic ?) I politely told her we did not want food that was breathed over it needed to be replaced. Needless to say the poor manager had to replace everyone of our plates because they were breathed on and given to The Wrong person not done correctly or cold when it was given to us !!My son was trying to salvage his by picking off mushrooms onions etc until he realized he had been given someone else’s order! Folks we’re in a pandemic please be careful out here. People are Dieing. We got to help each other stay alive. Needless to say she never apologized or came back to help us. They sent another waitress and I gladly tipped her very well for her time.
I went for breakfast with my family. The food was ok at best. Burnt hashbrowns, soggy pancakes, bland and crusty eggs. Wings were dry. The dishes were not all the way clean and you can tell the grill was dirty from the greasy burnt bits in our food. The server was coughing into the air. No mask and not covering her mouth as she delivered the food. Experience was awful and unappitizing. Go somewhere else.
They were out of fish, so I tried the Salmon. Didn't feel so great after, but my bf had the chicken fried steak and loved it. Service was great.
