After waiting 45 minutes for our order to be taken, we decided to just pay for drinks and leave. This is the only place that the staff watched more television than its customers. No refills on drinks or any communicating after the menus and drinks were dropped off. There's better service at Cuquitas as well as food too.
Love this place! Best food I’ve had in a long time and the prices are incredible for the quality of food. I don’t live in the area but will drive to Garland just to eat at this place.
Band is great for a fun Friday night! Food is affordable and delicious! Service is AMAZING ? everyone is so attentive and nice! My new favorite!!

I have been coming back. Good food. And great atmosphere. They had a authentic band here one night. It was a awesome experience. And karaoke night was fun. The shrimp cocktail is awesome.
The large menudo serving was well worth the cost (average for places around here). My spouse has been eating home made and restaurant menudo since childhood, and this was the best menudo he has had in Garland, or other immediate eastern suburbs of Dallas. He said the seasoning was just right, but he added a little salt to taste. So that was 5 stars, But I got a side of sour cream for $1 and a side of Guacamole for $2 and they were Tiny. They gave me 1 of each in a sauce cup, like restaurants here serve sweet and sour or tartar sauce etc in. So yeah, they should be maybe 50 cents each. So stupid.
