The only Dairy Queen in the area that makes and sells Ice Cream Cakes ?. We generally make the drive to this location to place birthday cake orders for family birthdays and such. All their desserts ?? are amazing. The restaurant is nice and clean.Service at the front counter could be a little better in terms of communication and understanding what a customer is ordering.Generally the cup in which the Blizzard is served will have ice cream pouring out and gets into your hands. It would be better if they would just replace the cup before handing it to customers.

Just moved to the area temporarily and remembered there was a Dairy Queen just pass the freeway. The drive thru was super slow and packed, so I decided to just run in. They were busy inside and slow also, but I figured, "How long would it take to fix one blizzard?". The cashier was great. She greeted me and took my order and other customers' orders well. The one girl making the dairy desserts was unprofessional, yelling at the cashier about how she should ring up "bananas". When training new people, there are proper ways to get the process taught w/o coming off as arrogant and making it very blatant that the person is new.I was in the restaurant for about 30 min. 20 of which was me waiting for my blizzard. I watched the 2 couples ahead of me get their desserts. Ok. Then the couple that ordered after me got their desserts. I mentioned to the cashier I hadn't gotten mine yet. She told the young lady making the desserts. The couple after the last couple got their desserts. What the heck!?!?! I then told the dessert maker I hadn't gotten my order. She looked at the receipt and went over to make it. She brought it to me and dismissively said "Sorry," and something like "enjoy the rest of your pretty day.".I wasn't thrilled about her behavior. It was like she was offended by me letting her know she made a mistake. Her apology was not genuine. I have background in customer service - in person and over the phone, so I'm well aware how to deal with different types of customers and different situations. I will be giving the Dairy Queen down the street a try next time. It's a little farther, but that's fine. Store manager, train your people to better handle busy and challenging times at the store and working with customers.

short of staffs in the kitchen and front cashier and got the orders but they're all had things that I had asked to omit on the burgers. they did their best to get the food out. waited 40min for #13 - 3 cheese plain burger(didn't get the cheese, had mustard on it) ordered 2 more #13 with no onions..came with everything on it. got the 4 milk shakes correct! Yea!!

Still the best tacos for a fast food place! Sweetest lady ever at the register! Thank god southern hospitality exists still!!

The person who took my order had a small attitude because I changed my order, I did apologize for any inconvenience and the sandwich was not good at all. I kepted trying to figure out what was missing, could not taste the onion. I will not go back there again..

Taco combo was delicious

The slowest service I have ever gotten!!!! I will never visit this place again the only reason I have it 2 starts is because they had these ladies going to the cars to bring out food out after waiting for 5 minutes and they forgot food out of my order!!!!

Slow service , almost a 30 min wait for steak fingers

Thank you, Joe for being such a kind and funny person!Your customer service is excellent, wish there were more people like you!

Although the food is always great, I hate that they make you drive around to a parking spot and wait for your order after you already waited in the long, slow, line. It's true that the food is worth the wait, but many times I will skip it because of it. That said, everything on the menu is fantastic and the steak fingers slap when you dip em in their signature gravy sauce!
