Always great cookies and a quick in and out. Though a little disappointed they didn't have the ice cream I wanted. It does not take away from how great the team was and yummy cookies.Having my SD with me the team was perfect not "seeing" or bringing attention to my dog. Made an order for delivery, the delivery window came and went with no cookies and no update on there being a delay. I tried to cancel the order, but the app won’t let me. Tried calling the store and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. I’ve tried calling multiple times too - no answer every time. I have no idea if I’ll ever get my order. I can’t even get someone from corporate to answer in a timely manner to cancel the order, since the app won’t let me.
They hire young ones who like to chat and let the phone ring off the wall or maybe one has turned the volume down. If the person orders from the app does not pick it up the system will

I particularly like the Garland location. Worth the drive from Plano. My favorites so far are the peanut butter brittle and the peanut butter bar and the sugar with the almond flavoring. Just a suggestion. Consider putting the peanut butter bar cookie in the wrapper used for the cookie cup cookie!
Fast and friendly! These cookies are huge - which is great because they’re so delicious! The classic milk chocolate chip is all I need but I love to try their weekly flavors too. I recommend using their app for points and loyalty cash rewards.
This is my first time trying Crumbl. I really enjoyed the milk chocolate chip cookies and the turtle cookie. The mint chocolate chip cookie wasn't my favorite, but removing the frosting was easy and the cookie was delicious ?
