I walked in and established him at the young lady was playing at hair. She explain to me the 50 pieces of it was going to take 10 minutes I said OK. I was not aware that the food that was sitting in the window had been sitting there 20 minutes under the hot heat. Which makes the tenders rubbery. I explain to her I wanted fresh because you asked me to wait 10 minutes. The young lady turned around and said she should have told me that. Customer service is Terrible. Compared to the other Chicken and rice places this one does not even compare to them. I had the worst experience
My sonny boos told me they wanted to eat chicken. As an attentive mother of 13, I took all my children to this wretched place, better known as "Crispy Chicken & Rice." As an optimistic mother, I never thought I would feel so pessimisitc entering this awful restaurant. I felt the diarrhea already kicking in as soon as we entered. A kind lady named Crustol attented us, and boy, when I tell you this was the best thing about this restaurant, you better believe me. 7 of my 13 children already wanted to go home even before we ordered anything. When I think about chicken, I think about the lovely chicken strips sold at a lovely restaurant names "Jack In The Box." I came to this place thinking I would get the same delicious crunchy chicken sold at my favorite fast food place. Obviously, I was wrong. The chicken was soggy, the rice was salty, and the 120 dollars I spent on this restaurant turned into vomit when all of my 13 kids started puking on the floor simultaneously. Never again will I visit this restaurant ever again. I make this decision for my posterity, my children, and myself as an attentive mother with concerns about your experience at this place.
Young lady in front Jasmine needs to work a lil bit on her customer service when people come in. Not only did we wait 25 whole minutes for our order, but right after we walked in she just stood there looking at the screen of the register and said nothing, not even a Hello or how can I help you. I had to ask " Are you waiting on me?" Very poor service!
Ohhhh it"s great l orderd beef and chicken fried rice, 10 lemon pepper wings, 6 stuffed jelopino pepper. Yes Try this place Dont forget egg rolls
I love Chicken & Rice but this location gives all the rest a bad name. If you can stand the smell inside the store and still keep an appetite well then good for you. I don't know if it's because it's by a high school. I'll still go to other locations but never to this one again!
The worst fried rice i ever had as soon as i walked in the place reke with a smell that was unbelievable i wanted to give it chance but awwhell noooo.... as so as i tasted the fried rice i regret it ... oh well never again yhis place should be shut down
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! We went to go eat the waitress literally closed shut the door on us. They told us they were having lunch and to come back later. It was 12/1pm I thought this was a restaurant! If you don’t want business then maybe think about closing
Chicken was so dry and the hot sauce was nasty
They are ok ! but the other places that serve chicken and rice have daily specials way cheaper ! But I was hungry ? so this will do what I ordered was fresh and hot
