The food was good and I spent over $100 dollars on the arcade just to get a red and white polkadot penguin for my birthday on February 22nd
this is how they were when I got them. I looked at them on the hood of my car so I was right outside. The lady in front of me returned her pizza also because of how it was given to her.
Service and food was awful. Will not be back. Even the manager was on the one employee that was doing his job and more. This location needs a different manager...js
I was with my children around 8:20 pm they wanted pizza ham extra cheese, and wings my brother ordered 10 bbq wings and 10 spices, the very arrogant manager on duty treated us with such disgust with bad English being Hispanic, when we returned to bring our order , the manager did not take our order well, he gave us the pizza, but he only gave us the bbq wings, it bothered me a lot .. the manager apologized ok but my brother clearly told him the order . the pizza was excellent but the attention of the manager of the very bad night.
We came in between normal times and they seemed to have a light selection. While we were there a few more people showed up then they stocked the buffet. They also had high chairs. Only reason our experience was not 5 stars was because the music was too loud. Otherwise great food amd service.
If I could give them a 0 star I would this place wants to fill you up with salad at all time I cam with 4 members and we ate a total of 1 medium pizza between all of us I won't come here no more this place Is ridiculous on charging full price for only salad this place is a pizza restaurant not salad restaurant .
we got to cicis pizza and there was only about 3 pizzas on the buffet. when we asked for pizzas they just kept dismissing us saying that all they have is what’s on there and they didn’t want to make them. we kept insisting and with a attitude they finally decided to make them but where still undercooked. we finished eating and needed a to go box and we were waiting for a worker to come to the front desk but all the little girls were in the back talking looking thru the crack of the door just watching us stand there. then when someone finally came they said they can not give a to go box for our wings. worst experience ever for the price that we payed .
If you ever want to sit around waiting for pizza while listening to hip-hop in one ear and Coldplay in the other, this place is for you. The reason they have no pizza is because your pizza maker is also your DJ and he's in a battle with the stores built in music. Both radios are so loud you can hear them both anywhere in the building. Between that and hitting on the female staff no one's got any time for making pizza.
Don’t show up here during lunch hour - 12-1pm There’s literally no pizza. Maybe one or two served - and at that there’s about two choices of toppings. Staff is great, but other than that, don’t waste your time here folks. By the time they pull out the next batch it’s time to head back to work.
Avoid coming here if you wanna wait a hot min for them to fill the BUFFET line. 15 people in facility with two cold, hard, pizzas that only about two slices have been taken from it. And plenty hard desserts for life.
