They updated the game room and it's so much nicer. Sometimes they seemed understaffed, especially on the weekend- the pizza selection Sometimes is low, but I don't think that should count against them...the reason for a star off is because, I've ordered speciality pizzas or pastas and I have to be in the look out to hear my name so I can go get it. In the richardson location they give buzzers and at another location they give number stands so they will bring it out to you. It would definitely be nice to have some type of organization when it comes to ordering a special pizza when dinning in. While handling my kids and being in a noisy environment I get distracted and my food is ready without my knowing at that moment.

extremely expensive buffet! very bad service! an extremely rude manager talks very badly with his employees, they had dirty dishes mixed with the clean ones I told the manager what they were dirty and he ignored me, he just told me to leave them there, then he came back and threw them in the lobby! very bad attitude of the manager!

Tuesday is the day for Cicis. Love this buffet. Simple and decent, if you can get past the snarling people who own the place. Their look of disgust when I decline a drink is hilarious. (Ftr, I never drink when I eat, so why give them $2.50 for something I will maybe take one sip of? Especially when I am using a coupon already. If I want to spend more I'll go somewhere less...fast foodish. )

RUDEST manager i’ve ever met honestly. very disrespectful when I asked for a refund because I didn’t get the price I was supposed to get, he said “If you’re gonna get a refund you’re gonna leave”. FIRE HIM. he’s bald man. BREATHING DOWN THE CASHIER’S NECK. poor cashier has to deal with that RUDE MAN always being behind her checking every single little thing

I go to this location maybe once or twice a year, No real complaints Staff is friendly, they try and keep food out and fresh. Large lobby/dining area. Very popular lunch spot.

It was my b day and they gave me a discount.had all you can eat buffet.i enjoyed myself and it was not crowded.

I won't be coming back to this Cicis and I suggest you avoid it, horrible customer service recently, racist, rude, unprofessional, they'll lie straight to your face. The bald manager with the beard is a lier and rude and the girl working the register is rude constantly. They won't answer the phone to take orders, they turn off the phones and claim they aren't working. Lots of customers report the same problem. I finally had to confront them about it. I went once a week for the last 3 years but over the last year they refuse to answer the phone on Sunday afternoon so I can't place an order unless I do it in person. It wouldn't have been a big deal but when I asked the manager about it he said the phones were broken but today he admitted that they turn the phone volume down when it's busy. I've worked in food service so I understand what it's like to be busy but it's been a consistent problem for the last year. Today I called a few times to place an order (I couldn't place one online) and no one answered. When I went into the store to see if they were even open I called one more time while in the store to check and see if the phones were working. The phones worked fine but the volume was all the way down. When I was leaving, the manager came outside and got mad at me for calling from inside the store to test and see if the phones were broken like he claimed multiple times. I explained that I called multiple times to place an order and no one answered so I called while in the store to see if the phones had been fixed, the manger said they were broken over the last few months when I would ask, but today he finally admitted that they turn off the phones when they are busy. I asked if they were ever going to have the phones turned on and he said just place an order online. ( Unfortunately I can't place the order online). I've asked the manager a few times about it and he always says, just place the order online, but that's not always an option. He's rude and dismissive about the problem and It makes me very sad because during the pandemic the store was struggling but stayed open and had great customer service. I was happy to support the business during hard times but under the current management I refuse to support them any further. The food was good and it was one of the few bright spots in my week to go there. Like some of the other reviewers said, the weekend CSR staff is not good. And the current weekend manager is really someone that I don't want handling my food anymore.

It was raining the day I stopped by. The food was not packaged very well because the icing came out of the box of cinnamon rolls on the way home all over my truck other than that the food was delicious.

Cheap prices. Cheap food. Not very good at all. Also some workers were unmasked. I don't know Cicis policy on this so the two stars given are simply because the food was poor quality and stale.
