Their attitudes here suck. They rush you when ordering and barely speak English. When you order something they forget it. I went here bc I wanted some white meat chicken and got screamed at about them not having it. Then I ordered cheddar peppers and they didn’t give them to me. When I was ordering there were 4 different people talking to me at once and they tried to double charge me for stuff I didn’t order. If I could give them NO stars I would. I’m am seriously not coming back here to this location.also they won’t answer the phone to save their lives. I guess they really needed that extra $10 they from my order.
They take pretty long, I was in the drive through for about 20 minutes.

Been waiting now almost 20 mins at the window? Ladies inside keep looking at me? Are they not gonna open the window and take my order? This makes no sense… I have my kid in the car for Jesus Christ.
Usually have a great experience ,but tonight was something different… the “manager” Gabriela L was very rude and we couldn’t even finish our order before getting told throughout our whole order to pull around to the window. Then we pay for our food but she made a huge mistake on our order and usually we order the same thing and the price for our order seemed wrong.. had to ask for the receipt since she decided not to give it to us. And sure enough we were charged all wrong.. instead of fixing the situation she decided it was best to call the police on my husband who is a black man as If to scare us with the threat. Having my kids in the car to have someone threaten to “get the police” put on my husband was a very traumatizing moment for them. DEFINITELY NEED THIS ADDRESSED BY CORPORATE.
The single BEST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at a Churches Chicken!!! Chicken was fresh and the people were friendly.

The service at this Church's is absolutely horrible. Their chicken is never fully cooked, and the customer service is beyond terrible. They are rude and very unorganized.
Drive thru needs to do a better job at losing the attitude & better job at returning the customers cards back. I had to turn around & go back for my credit card but not without the ugly mug of a bitter employee.
