I went through the drive thru ordered two 3 piece original she had all the opportunities to tell me that they were out of original and they only had spicy, bur instead she completed my order I drive around to the window, they have me wait a while before they come to the window to tell me that they were out of original and only had spicy. She offered me two 2 pieces chicken with one spicy and the other original no, not only am I down siding my order I'm being asked do I want spicy, NO I DON'T WANT SPICY if I wanted spicy I would've said that. Personally I think they have packed up food to take home to their families instead of serving their customers 1??
Went to church's and had a $20 that had a tear in it and the person at the window said he couldn't take it because he didn't have any tape.I could probably understand if the bill was split in half but I work retail we take worn bills all the time. Last time going to this location and I usually go once or twice a week but I refuse to deal with stupidity.
The girl working there got a attitude cause she got my order wrong twice.very unprofessional & rude please hire people that understand English! & I still didn’t get what I ordered…

Always my go to place for a quick dinner when I don't feel like cooking.
We got a bucket of chicken mashed potatoes coleslaw and okra and it was real good

They have good food but they often forget to put an item in the bag that we order at least one almost every time but they are good and pretty fast
Ordered the 5 tenders/fingers combo wit fries and found 2 uncooked tenders but overall enjoyed everything else.
I can't taste anything since COVID/December so...the chicken it was good, the biscuits were tasty?
