The food is good. The staff is incompetent. I simply wanted a 2 piece with fries. He asked if I wanted the combo. I said no. He said the combo comes with a drink. I said no. He said are you sure you don't want the combo? I said ok, whatever, give me the combo. I was told to wait in the parking lot. 10 minutes later, guy come out with my food, and no drink. I asked where my drink was. He said "Oh, you had a drink? I'll need to see your receipt". Is it just me, or is everyone just getting more dumb by the day?
This is by far the worst fast food place ever!! My husband went to get food for lunch and they did not give him silver ware and they left his peppers out the bag he goes back in to tell them and the rude MANAGER said O WELL!! If she would have gotten slapped it would have been a problem because it’s one thing to play with what somebody is paying for but then to open your mouth and be rude and say o well they need knee management up there or your going to continue to loose customers!!
Even though they were under staffed. I give the girl a 5 star for being in a good mood and politely letting us know she was the only one working. She managed to take care of our order and gave us fresh baked biscuits.
The church's chicken walnut Shiloh road is not the best place for you. Why? Because they don't make the food right,for example these mashed potatoes looked unfinished, highly disappointing 1 star, i wish I can put 0 stars to this.

I went inside and you could smell the old grease. I wasn't thinking nothing of it because I KNEW FOR A FACT this place would not do such a thing. I had to wait on chicken ? If chicken is your specialty why would I have to wait so long? I got home and gave the chicken to my pregnant daughter and BOOM she threw up every where because the chicken was cooked in old grease. I've going there for years and never had this problem.
Food was tasty enough but white pieces quite dry. It's best to visit when there's a rush, day 1130 am.

Wow. I'm not to buy food here anymore. I need to wait at 25 to 30 minutes at the drive through every time I come here. No more patience at this place. Too bad service at here
Horrible drive thru service we got a family meal and the Mac in cheese looked like it was eating out of the chicken. Was super greasy and over cooked and our chicken strips was burned and the only got thing was the mashed potatoes and biscuits other than that don't waste your time and money at this churches location.
I want to start off by saying that the FLUFFY General Manager IS RUDE, nasty, and very unprofessional! She overcharged my dad and didn’t want to listen to UNDERSTAND and she only wanted to respond. My dad asked her for the corporate number and her response was “ I don’t have it, go look online”. Can’t believe that they have someone like her in leadership.
